Food is very good, service and ambience are best. Abdul helped me from start to end For every order there was no waiting. Everything came on table Clean and hygienic place and utensils. When i reached in Planet Hollywood then got good greeting and guidance from staff Khushi, monica are best people to help.

If you travel for business and need to stay for almost two months in one place, then it becomes important to not simply book a hotel but to live in a place, that you would like to call "home". This hotel features everything that you would expect from a 5-star hotel, incl. a variety of quite popular restaurants. It was an exceptional experience of hospitality and service attitude, that I met here. The entire team, without any exception, from the entrance and the concierge through the reception up to the room service and the restaurant teams, from management and the staff - exceptional. It stays true, that in service business quality and customer satisfaction depend on people, on every very single individual person. Thus, I am hesitating to mention individual names, as it would be unfair towards the many others I can't mention here. Thanks to all of you 🥰. I am particularly grateful to the kitchen team, who helped me in a medical emergency situation without having been asked for. - Thanks, Arulraj and team! If you compare the Planet Hollywood with some of the well-known branded 5-star hotels near Mumbai airport, which charge crazy prices just because of their brand, then the "Planet Hollywood Thane" offers as a benchmark the best personal service at very reasonable prices.

Overall one of the best hotels in the Thane area - convenient amenities, great restaurant service, clean & well-maintained rooms. Breakfast spread was extensive & delicious. In-room dining service was quick & efficient. Place was not noisy.
