Everything was good we even got our room upgraded  The only problem was there were in 2 lifts in the entire hotel and one of them was not working  So had to wait for long times to go up or down

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

Short stay All good But there was no bar available that day for hotel guests..that was a bit disappointing All bars were reserved for events...

Friendly stuff, helpful, curious for talking. I feel like home.

Chief Ramu food was excellent Bhalchandra service was also excellent And restaurant also nice chief ramu take care of food and overall Overall it was a very nice place with good ambiance good food and good service We will definitely visit again.

Hotel staff (Diksha, Kiran, Priyanka, Harshali, Shubham, Ricky) were very very helpful and made my mom's birthday super special. Thank you to rest of the staff as well whose name I might have missed, but gave us such a warm and pleasant experience. We would love to visit again!!❤️

Great food and service. Special thanks to chef Avinash who took care of our 54 members of leadership team and accommodated multiple last minute requests right from arranging Vegan food, low calorie meals and other special dietary meal during our entire 2 days of stay.

My wife and I stayed for a week at this hotel and enjoyed every minute. From before we arrived we received full recognition for being Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members with an upgrade to suite and an excellent breakfast and evening reception. What made our stay extra special was the high level of service we received, from Diksha at check in, to every staff member at the restaurants we were treated like royalty. Diksha took care if our every requirement and took the extra step to make us comfirtable. We will certainly return, nit just for the lovely facilities but specially for the great service. Highly recommended, if you are in Navi Mumbia, pick this over all the other choices.

Such a great hospitality and awesome food as expected from Marriott hotel brand. Especially Manchow soup, I been to many 3 or 4 star hotel but they have very different taste all together a must try. I would like to appreciate Chef Mr Manas Kumar, Mr Shantanu, Mr Ranjan Alu and Mr Ankush in pavilion restaurant for making my wife's birthday very special.

Chef Manas makes some lovely dimsums, sushi, all asian cuisine..must try the box lounge...it's a must go to place when in Navi Mumbai for a quick drink and lovely views of the skyline by the poolside. Loved the experience. I would recommend you to go here and give it one dekko.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT STAY AND ALSO ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS WERE AMAZING..Specially Diksha from Front Desk , and also 4th Floor FNB Staff Shweta , Shubham and Balchandra were very nice to us. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone and also i will come back here for such a beautiful Stay.
