Beautiful location, unfortunately rooms have no sound proof, cleaniness is not to our standard and room had a toilet smell. Bathroom is extremely small, we are both small but to enter the toilet is an adventure

There were no activities , although it was claimed that there is a private beach .We had paid for five nights with half board , due to the transfer of flights we had to shorten the stay , but we refused to give something to eat on the street instead of the missing dinner.The room had a sufficient size with a renovated shower, but in the corners there were cobwebs and the cleaning was from worse Qualität.Im Bathroom there was no soap and on two days out of four nights we asked to replace the empty container of the soap dispenser, in the end, the employee brought us a container with soap, but we had to assemble it ourselves. We had booked half-board, but nowhere was it indicated that dinner would be in a completely different place, which caused great inconvenience. In addition, the selection of products at breakfast was very poor and on the first day of our stay there were not even eggs. In general, there were no vegetables - cucumbers, tomatoes, and for some reason the fruits were cut into pieces.

The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning

The room was terrible and dirty. Bathroom was mouldy and extremly dirty, spider webs everywhere, smell. Window view at the wall.

Albergo affacciato sul lago, una vista stupenda. Colazione ricca e anche la cena, che abbiamo provato una delle due sere del nostro soggiorno, varia e buona. Personale veramente cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Unico piccolissimo neo, l'acqua, il primo giorno del nostro soggiorno (1° maggio) al mattino era appena tiepida. Il personale si è comunque attivato subito per cercare di risolvere

Hotel situato in una posizione strategica per visitare le attrazioni vicine, camere pulite e ben tenute, personale cordiale e accogliente. La struttura offre un'ottima prima colazione ed una Spa interna vista lago. Altamente consigliato.

L'Hotel è situato in un posto incantevole con una vista lago. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel Ponte del 25 Aprile con amici in trattamento di mezza pensione, e devo dire che sia la colazione che la cena varia ed è abbondante devo fare i complimenti al personale di sala per la gentilezza e allo Chef per le deliziose pietanze che ci ha cucinato. La camera avevamo una Panoramic con una vista mozzafiato sul lago unica cosa decente per il resto l'arredamento era datato e scarso ma sopratutto molto sporca, il bagno piccolo con un box doccia che perdeva acqua da tutte le parti allagando la stessa. La SPA è il fiore all'occhiello della struttura, nuova e tenuta bene consiglio alle signore che la gestiscono di essere più socievoli e gentili con i clienti. Eccezionale il servizio e la cortesia delle ragazze della Reception in particolare di Barbara.
