Had a good stay, but waiting time for check in and check out is delayed. And television in the room is not working. But overall ambiance and stay is peaceful.

Facility and environment is very good food & service are excellent great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money.

Staff not polite. Payment after every order doesn't seem good. Consolidated payment at last would be better.

Very disappointed. The only advantage they have is there is no other “star” hotel in the district. Pillow covers were not changed. The hotel staff was very rude and does not know to handle guests. We would’ve stayed in a neat and clean “lodge” rather than staying in a dirty “star hotel”.

100 marks for the beautiful ambience. Very comfortable stay with family or business purpose. Very happy

Rooms are good, and maintained well. However hotel staff is not upto the mark. Their response when we ask for anything is very poor.

My stay was very pleasant. The amenities were generally good with a few hiccups like forgetting towels. Very clean & well maintained. Food in zaika was top class. Service was quick and friendly. I will 100% recommend this place to friends and family.

Location and food are great! but morning breakfast staff are worst and it was on 01/03/2024 and with this i am giving 1/5 rating. I am hoping that it will be corrected by next time i visit this hotel.

Location is central area and food is tasty and hot there is enough parking. I liked house keeping service
