Overall, a great experience, especially the customer service! Front desk staff went out of their way to be helpful and tge room was clean and comfortable. One big thing that was problematic is the absence of guest coffee in the common area. This hotel is far from any coffee place and room coffee is never good, so this makes on-site coffee more necessary. The other issues that will make me think twice in the future, if it doesn't change, is the lack of a clock radio in the room (I called to request, but this hotel doesn't have one) and the absence of breakfast options. While the restaurant is supposed to offer breakfast, it is limited to prepackaged sweets and one warm item, such as the egg burritos the day I tried. I really love the staff but some of these amenities will make me do comparison shopping before booking here again in tge future. With those items, this place could be a go-to place for wherever I come to the Phoenix area. I hope change happens before the next time I come out here.

Alle Zimmer wurden nun nach dem glücklichen Vorab-Nacht-Betreuer renoviert. Wir kamen sehr spät vom Flughafen, so waren sie müde und hatten einen guten Nachtslaf. Nur ein paar Bemerkungen zum Layout des Zimmers. Es ist toll, das Sofabett und ein Arbeits-/Mahltisch plus ein Mini-Kühlschrank zu haben. Allerdings bleibt hier sehr wenig Platz, um Ihre Gepäck zu platzieren und es gibt keinen Kleider oder Schrank, nur ein kleiner Pol am weiten Ende des Zimmers über eine kleine Gepäckschrank. Ich kann mir nur vorstellen, wie das Paar vor uns registriert hat mit 2 Kindern und 2 riesigen Koffern ! Auch der Badeingang steht vor dem Bett und es gibt keine Tür, um das Licht von jemanden zu schützen, der in dem Bett schläft in der Nacht. Ein anderes nicht so wichtiges kleines Gewürz von mir ist, dass Sie die Dusche direkt nicht durch eine Hebe öffnen müssen, wenn das Wasser warm genug ist, so dass Sie einen kalten Splash erhalten, wenn Sie in sie gehen, um die Tappe zu öffnen. Das Frühstück war angemessen genug, wie die meisten Hotels dieser Art, aber alles war lukewarm, einschließlich der Kaffee, was irritierend war. Schließlich war das Frühstückszimmer definitiv nicht renoviert und die Möbel waren ein wenig verdammt oder schmutzig. Die Lifts machten auch klingelnde Lärme, die Sie fragen, ob Sie verhaftet werden. Große Lage. Aber professionelles Management fehlt. Hallen und Aufzüge werden nicht sauber gehalten. Am 7.30 Uhr eines Morgens stand ich am Frontdesk und fragte, ob die Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden. Natürlich sagte er. Am 9.00 Uhr beim Rückkehr zu meinem Zimmer, gewusst was? Ich hatte den Dienst nicht an diesem Tag. Nächsten Morgen sagte ich dem Büro und sie waren so überrascht. Habe ich erwähnt, dass ich eine späte Nacht versuchte, in die Vordertür zu kommen, aber es würde nicht öffnen? Ich drückte, gezogen, klopfte, rückte mich ab und nahm von einem anderen Winkel näher. schließlich kam ein Geschmack heraus und ich kam. Als ich das an das Frontbüro erzählte, wurde mir gesagt: ”Ja, manchmal ist die Tür sticks.” Dann lösen Sie es!

I was wondering if the reviews were all true because you never see hotels with this high of reviews, but it's all true! Super amazing experience. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We asked for a couple of things during our stay (mini lotion bottles, etc) and they were really friendly and helpful with those requests as well. We ate breakfast there every day and it was great and we had the dinner twice as well and it was really good as well. I was surprised by the amount of items available. I was really expecting more appetizers, but it was an actual dinner. Very impressed and will definitely stay again when in the area!

We were in town for a wedding and this facility was recommended as the place to stay. The recommendation was a strong one. The facility is exceptionally clean and appears to be fairly new. The staff was unfailingly polite and always met us as we walked in with smiles. Our room was well designed. The addition of a microwave would have made it even better, but I'm not sure where it would have been placed. We didn't take advantage of other amenities -- the lounge looked convivial, the breakfast area offered several options, the workout room seemed complete for a hotel fitness area -- but it was only because we were doing other things. Each morning, I went down to Mill Avenue and the big park by the river for long walks. The park is just a couple blocks away. Also nearby is the Mill Avenue shopping district. It's definitely a good place for a stroll and some shopping. Overall, I give this hotel top marks!!
