This place is great for a family stay.
My recent stay near the malls exceeded all expectations. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to multiple shopping malls, making shopping a breeze. Getting around was a snap; the apartment's proximity to major roads and I meant I could easily reach any destination.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Overall, this stay provided a fantastic base for us.
What made this place stands out :
• Spotless Cleanliness: The apartment was clean
• Prime Location: Close proximity to malls and easy access to transportation made exploring effortless.
• Comfortable Amenities: There’s Wi-Fi, Comfortable seating area and Fully stocked kitchen
• The host was readily available and addressed any questions efficiently although it may take some time when you’re in a hurry after a long tiring travelling
A truly fantastic experience! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay near the malls.

Great location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler.
The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds.
Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

Luftkontakt im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Unbeständig in diesen wenigen Tagen, als das Wetter so heiß war. Wir mussten früher aussehen, um uns in Luftkontaktzentren zu schlucken. Heizung im gemeinsamen Badezimmer funktionierte auch nicht ordnungsgemäß. Wasser war immer noch heiß, obwohl der Anruf von instant Heater auf “off”. Wir mussten beide Dusche Kopf/Tappen wechseln, um das heiße und kalte Wasser selbst zu mischen. Keine Handsaft wurde gegeben, obwohl Covid uns gelehrt, um Hygiene zu beachten.

Genug für einen Nachtaufenthalt mit dem Grundstück - das Bett ist sauber, der Wasserdruck ist gut. Wie es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer gibt - eigentlich ist es gut, Freunde für kurze Getränke zu einladen, aber keine zusätzlichen Betten für Gäste.
Finden Sie den Tatami Mat ein bisschen schmutzig.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut - berühmte da tou lala Claypot ist nur unten. Viele KTV-Sitze in der Walkweite
Check-in und check-out ist ziemlich einfach. Allgemeiner gut für kurze Aufenthalte

Mmayed+ve: Gute Lage, es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe z.B. Supermarkt, Massagepalour, ktv, und viele Essen. Zimmer sind gut groß. Kostenlose Parkplätze und einfach zu parken, es gibt genug.
-ve: Wifi ist nicht gut. Meist abgeschlossen. Toilettenüberschwemmungen nach Duschen.

DDoodooMumIch habe vor kurzem bei Hashtag.Capsule.Hostel geblieben und hatte eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, und der Besitzer ist sehr hilfreich und geduldig. Die Kapseln sind sauber und geräumig genug, um zwei Personen komfortabel zu beherbergen. Wenn Sie aber ein leichter Schlafer sind, möchten Sie vielleicht überdenken, da die Soundproofing nicht sehr wirksam ist und es war ein bisschen schütteln von der Kapsel über dem meine. Insgesamt ist es eine feste Wahl für einen Aufenthalt, vor allem angesichts der Lage und des Services.

LLAY NA LINDARWir genossen unsere Aufenthalte mit dem Midori Concept Hotel, und auch das Front Desk Personal war freundlich. Sie erfüllten meinen Antrag, indem sie unsere Zimmer nebeneinander gestellt. Es gibt viele Essbutze in Spaziergängen.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel branded itself “Hot Springs Resort” but the hot springs only open at 4pm and closes at 8pm. Which is not the smartest idea. Room we stayed in was clean. Toilet was slippery due to the tiles and aircon for some reason got disrupted at 12am. Calling the room service hotline was bad. No one answers the 5-6 calls I made. I was about to head down to the front desk and I saw the technician outside the room. Multiple rooms aircon were affected.
Overall the stay was okay. It’s a pity that we could not use the hotspring cause of the short opening hours.

Location wise, it is a bit far from the main mount austin, though it is near toppen and aeon.

JJC19Booked the family suite but was a tad disappointed. It is okay if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night, definitely not for the fussies. Toilet roll holder could not be found but only a tissue dispenser which was not near the toilet bowl but situated next to the sink, making it hard to reach out for it when you need it for your ‘business’. So some planning seriously went wrong here.
This place needs some touching up if possible. Only 1 card key was given. An additional one needs to pay deposit for it.
Redemption was there’s nice food available across the road only.

GGastnutzerWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w
