If you are looking for a budget hotel, you can make do with this. Location is excellent and accessible. There is a smile bar just right beside it making it even convenient. Hotel interior and amenities, if you been to Hotel 81, it look similar. There is TA Bakery nearby and the bread are super good!

Good location in Mount Austin, many restaurants, kbox, mini supermarkets, massage centers. The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, a lot of dust.

Location is very good, many shops around this hotel. Food court and super market is just across the road. Karaoke shop is around the corner. Room is decent. Overall not bad for me.

Second time stay at this hotel. Great place to stay. Late night downstairs still have mookata and loklok if you’re hungry. 7-11 not far from hotel. Beside the hotel have atm machine if you want to withdraw money. Convenient if you plan to hang out at Austin area.

Location is great…pretty convenient with transportation

Located near night life area so plenty to do, eat and buy. Though can be quite noisy and room noise insulation not quiet good. So advised to get yourself very tired fo a good night sleep. Toothbrush set, mini soap bar, shampoo, clean towels and rubber slippers provided. Air-conditioning, doors need servicing though as some are faulty. But generally clean and suitable for sleep overs.

Location of the hotel was great, walking distance to shop lots at Mount Austin area. The cleanliness of the room was so bad, we killed 3 roaches in total and was concerning if there’s more while we sleeping. The Aircond wasn’t functioning well with only heat air for abt 1 hour, checked with reception but they just can’t help with any, said no other rooms for change and technician not around to check the issue. Lucky the Aircond works after that, however the service was not up to expectation. There’s huge room for improvements for each aspects

Very good location at Mount Austin, and facilities are very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended!

This hotel is great for 1 night stay with no expectation of facilities, then you have purpose of finding wallet friendly hotel and yet a good location to stay in Mount Austin area. Surprisingly the bed condition was not bad and I had a good sleep during my stay. Plenty of good food options around.

Location is convenient and the staff there is helpful and flexible

Good location as nearby have a lot of food and night life . Cleanliness was ok but my hairdryer in the room was spoil. They do have water dispenser at the lobby to refill water. Lights a bit dim for us.

Do not take Room 120. Under directly my room was a washing car retails. The water pressure gun and motor for water pressure “sound” was so loud we cannot rest peacefully throughout day and night .
