The hotel was in a good location that met our needs. The breakfast served was good and staffed. The room was clean but smelled musty. Refrigerator did not work. Bathroom finishes were sloppy, caulking. Room was quiet.

Wonderful location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, however overall smell of room should be cleaner/fresher.

Room had a roach in it & the smell was awful down the hall to the restrooms on bottom floor. Bfast was mediocre. Not sure I'll stay here again

The lobby is decent but as soon as you get off of the elevator and walk into the hallways, it smells like mold or old carpets. The rooms smell moldy too. The carpet doesn’t seem like it’s ever been vacuumed. Tv is old and channels are so limited. No kids shows. Nothing seems to have been updated in a while. Just save your money and go stay somewhere in Orlando because you will not get what your money’s worth around this location.

I checked in and had toilet issue and none of the small fridge didn’t work , I was scheduled for surgery the next morning and couldn’t believe that I couldn’t even freeze my ice packs for after surgery on my knee , next time I’ll stay on a cheaper hotel like microtel that has everything working and the price is lower and better . A lot of hidden gems in the comfort Inn

Hotel was ok. Staff wasn’t! Front desk didn’t even tell us which way the elevator was, breakfast hours, pool not even have a good day. Then the next morning the breakfast lady was horrible! She had to replace a set of tongs because a guest had dropped it and she slammed it on the counter while mumbling under her breath. Another guest even acknowledged her behavior to me.

We met family from all over the state to come to Tavares for a funeral. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. A little bit of everything. Beds were not as comfortable as we were hoping but we were fine.

The day time front desk staff were rude and un accommodating there were homeless sleeping at the pool

Bed and linens were very good. Bathroom had only a light that included a fan that was annoying. Lighting in the room was too dark need more light options. Breakfast was good. Could not get a paper copy of the bill - they said because it was booked with *******. Stay was overpriced compared to other lodging nearby.

The hotel is very nice. Watch your credit card statement because they have forgot to stop their $100 hold and it may end up a charge on the card

Room was clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning cooled the room down nice. Room service was excellent.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay. When we arrived, it looked decent from outside. The outside and lobby look and smell clean. The staff was pretty friendly. But when I got to my room I was a little disappointed because before I booked, I did read the reviews and they weren’t bad. The room smelled old and moldy. The bathroom wall clearly had mold too. Since we were only staying one night and I had brought a pillow and some blankets for the road trip, we slept on that. Definitely will not be staying here anymore.

Very nice accommodations. Great breakfast. Quick check-in. Didn't like the noisy fan in bathroom and lots if trouble with the tv remote.
