Ich musste einen Bericht über die hilfreiche, freundliche und vorausgehende Denken Sanah ist von Quest auf Durham. Ich habe in den Events und Hospo Industrie so lange gearbeitet und ich kann ehrlich sagen, sie ist einer der besten im Spiel. Nichts war zu hart, ich hatte eine Gruppenbuchung, die aufgrund von Covid verschoben werden musste und sie hatte bereits gedacht, Zimmer zu halten, auch wenn wir zusätzliche brauchen. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut 👌 ruhig 🤫 Komfort 😌. Das Hotelservicepersonal ist warm und freundlich ✌️ Essen 🍽️ Einkauf 🛍️ Es ist sehr bequem. Es ist auch nicht zu weit von den Attraktionen entfernt.

Stayed with my mother in a Exec King Room with twin beds. It's a good quality, apartment style hotel. The room was really spacious, comfortable beds, a spa bath, and thoughtful provisions such as coffee press, make up wipes and drinking water. Was disappointed to be informed at check-in that parking was not included, and charged at $10/day. Something to note is that the surrounding area, and Tauranga in general has an huge amount of construction underway, this didn't disturb our stay, however it means there are lots of building activity, traffic cones and many retail shops not open. If you are travelling for a short stay or business this hotel is great. If you are after a relaxing holiday or longer stay, suggest staying over the bridge at Mt Maunganui.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment,ground floor C, with jaw dropping sea views, immaculately clean and well equipped, we really enjoyed the stay. Excellent communication from the owners, we can see why it's No1, told all our friends at a lunch the next day as stellar accommodation in Tauranga is not always easy to find.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months last year, only now getting around to writing a review. Roger and Pah are extremely welcoming, and went out of their way, to make us feel comfortable. We were originally booked for a hotel, at the city centre, but had to change our plans, last minute, and our company booked us here. It turned out to be a much better choice. We could have walked to cbd, and did on days where we had no schedule. Good exercise. Short walking distance to 2 major grocery stores, which is fabulous, since I love to cook. Many fast food places, pizza place being the closest (half block away), walking distance. It turned out to be a better choice for us, as my husband is subject to sleeplessness, when traffic sounds are prevalent. Since we were here for 2 months, it was restfully quiet. We were swimming most days, and even when there were meetings being held, we were not disturbed by the traffic. We even borrowed the barbecue a few times, for sausage sizzles. Just lovely. We were treated like friends, and even the day we left, there were hugs all around, such a gorgeous couple. Their daughter is a lovely thing, great smile, smart as a whip, and hope to hear about her curing cancer, or saving the world someday. Roger, I have tried contacting you, but to no avail. You and Pah, and daughter, take care, have a lovely life, and maybe we will meet again someday...
