We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

Tolles Hotel. Großes Zimmer. Super Frühstück. Atemberaubende Lage mit toller Aussicht. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Hauptrestaurant des Hotels um 19.30 Uhr schließt. Das benachbarte Restaurant im selben Komplex serviert tolles Essen, also kein großes Problem

We had a lovely stay in this super oldie worldie hotel. It has a completely relaxed feel from the moment you walk in. The comfy lounge seats inviting on arrival & each evening after a days exploring. Hotel is walking distance from the train station & main pedestrian st of Zakopane.Breakfast was delicious & a variety of choice. Rooms were decorated of a time long gone which just added the special touch to this super hotel. Swimming pool was also a joy to use. I would highly recommend.

Das Hotel hat seine Vorteile und Nachteile, aber es hat unseren Aufenthalt von ehemaligen Kindern im SPA-Gebiet und auf Saunen zerstört. Nach 30 km zu entspannen im Sauna, so habe ich das Hotel aus dem SPA gewählt. Mein Partner hat seine Besuche in den SPA aufgegeben, als wir herausgefunden haben, dass Kinder schreien, vor allem weil im Saunarium, das eine nackte Zone ist, zumindest unbehaglich mit 11-year-old Mädchen. Ich habe beschlossen, der SPA-Zone eine zweite Chance zu geben, aber ich habe sofort aufgegeben, nachdem ich entdeckt habe, dass jemand in einer finnischen getrockneten Sauna einen Hund Owl hatte, den das Kind gerade gespielt hatte. Ich habe das Empfangsproblem berichtet, leider ohne Wirkung - es gibt keine Altersregelung, Kinder dürfen im SPA bleiben. Es gab andere Probleme, wie: keine Handtücher, gebrochene Dusche (das Zimmer war nur aufgeführt, wenn Sie versuchen, durch Buchung zu intervenieren). Wir haben die Daten nicht zur Prüfung des Restaurants gegeben, weil es keine Option ohne Fleisch im Menü gibt. Das Hotel hat Geschäfts- und Geschäftskunden, so (fehlerhaft) ich angenommen, dass es bestimmte Standards erfüllt. Ich habe mich völlig über die Tatsache geäußert, dass das Hotel keine Tiere akzeptiert.
