We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback on the inconveniences you encountered.Firstly, we would like to address the issue with the location. We apologize if there was any confusion about the distance from the airport to our guesthouse. As it clear from the map, the international airport is only 3-4 km away and it should not take more than 10 minutes to reach us. We do offer a free transfer service from the airport to our guesthouse, which you can book directly with us to ensure a hassle-free arrival.Regarding the street lights, we would like to clarify that this was beyond our control. The government recently made the decision to renovate the area, and unfortunately, this led to the temporary disruption of the street lights during your stay. We understand how important it is to have proper lighting, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Lastly, we are sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the guesthouse did not meet your expectations. We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and we would like to assure you that this is not a common issue at our guesthouse.
