Tolles Hotel in einer fantastischen Lage in der Nähe des örtlichen Marktes und der Handwerksbetriebe. Wirklich hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, das Englisch spricht. Schöner Pool und ein fantastisches indisches Restaurant im Keller. Geldwechsel und Geldautomat noch dazu!! Was kann man daran nicht mögen!

A terrible experience, the staff are really inexperienced and rude. They speak badly about the other guests staying at the hotel. I definitely do not recommend it. And there are a lot of Indians there. You can tell by the smell. There are much nicer places; don't choose this place.

Amazing for the price

Stayed at Ramada and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Facilities were good and met expectations, and breakfast was decent with enough variety.

Good location, right opp Navroz park. Good breakfast. As a vegetarian, we were spoilt for choices on food. Staff was friendly and welcoming, particularly Azizbek at the reception and Samadjon & Shahnoza at the restaurant. They have snooker facilities and a decent pool. Irish Pub was a nice place to hang out after a day full of travels. Rooms were clean but sadly not sound proof & we had very loud neighbours. Ask for a TV tower & park view, if possible.

The 2 check-in receptionist gave contradictory statements of number of guests and rooms booked. Despite showing them the Booking arranged, they then called the on duty manager who also seemed not professionally trained to look into bookings and interpreted our bookings wrongly. We spent almost 1 hour at the checking counter with various outcomes of the three men on the Reception. We as a group of 9 friends had booked five rooms ( firstly 4 rooms for 8 and later added one room for one guest) and they were insisting that we booked 7 guests in 5 rooms and asked us to pay USD 60 for 2 extra Guests. As the matter was deferred till next morning when we were making checkout, the duty lady had to reconfirm with senior and we were let away as Booking clearly documented breakfast included ‘ 2 guests per room per night) It was an embarrassing situation for us to be standard for such a long time

The hotel is dated but has all good facilities. Closed to the theme park but a bit far away from main attractions. Breakfast is good

The room was not clean when given to us. We saw opened shampoo and used towels in our room. We were not sure if they cleaned the room before we use it. Checking in was also very difficult it took us almost an hour when we were already tired and jetlagged by then.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Hotel by Windham in Tashkent. Thanks to Madina, who speaks fluent English and German, we spent a fantastic week in Tashkent. She always had a smile for us, even during stressful times.

We stayed in the Premium room and it was huge and comfy. We had everything what we need in the room. The hotel and the staffs in the room seem to be very old. For this reason, the rooms didn't feel very clean. I wasn't very impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast.

The location is very near to the park and the food and malls. The hotel staff is very good and supportive.
