We arrived early and were very grateful that we were able to get a room a couple hours before checkin time. While I was checking in, there was an extremely unprofessional lady (I think she may have been the manager) on the phone speaking extremely loudly and ghetto (it’s the best way to describe her conversation). She was on the phone speaking about getting keys from another location because this location was had low quantity. She went on to say something about the payment and a check needing to clear. I attempted to block out the conversation while I was being checked in but she was sooooo loud. The young lady checked us in and I was actually surprised that we did not receive any type of welcome gift similar to what we receive for elite status. Not even water. We were in a corner room with an amazing view. The room was spacious; however, the bathroom was very tight. The toilet is literally in front of the door which made it tight getting in and out of the bathroom. The room was overall clean, except the floor doesn’t seem to be mopped often. I accidentally dropped some food and got a wet paper towel to wipe it up and it was filthy. The location is perfect with access to lots of high end restaurants. However, gluten free options are limited. I stayed at a different hotel about a block or so away earlier during the summer and it was an absolute struggle trying to find good gluten free options in this area. I doubt that we will return to this location, although I really wanted to like it.

This hotel is clean and quiet and has a great location across from the Kimbell art museum, and close to the zoo, the botanical gardens, and 7th street. Everything worked. The kitchen areas do not have stoves but you can borrow a hot plate. Front desk staff did a great job. There were a few things that were awkward, that had to do with the hotel design. The luggage carts had to be accessed through the lower parking garage, and that area was not staffed and the doors did not slide open automatically. I am able bodied and it was difficult for me to slide a luggage cart through those doors. It was daylight but it may have felt creepy after dark. The comforter was not that comfortable but it was OK. The front desk manager Heidi did a wonderful job and so did her staff.

Wir blieben hier 2 Nächte und konnten jemanden glücklicher mit unserer Wahl. Mein Sohn hatte einen Wettbewerb im Convention Center und ich konnte einen Liften relativ billig nehmen und nicht mit dem Parkplatz dort umgehen. Personal ist wunderbar, die Unterkunft war perfekt. Die Lage ist großartig, nahe dem Essen, Einkaufen, was wir brauchten war nicht weit entfernt. So glücklich haben wir hier gewählt und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder bleiben, wenn mein Sohn in der gleichen Gegend konkurriert.

Fabelhafte Aufenthalt! Freundliches Personal, würde sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben. Mir und meiner Familie hat unser ein-Nacht-Aufenthalt genossen.Große Lage.Der Ein- und Auscheck war schnell und hilfreich. Wir haben früh in unserem Aufenthalt entdeckt, dass die Lage dieses Hotels, bequem an der Autobahn gelegen und nur 15 Minuten von der wohnen unsere Verwandten. Es war auch nur etwa 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt; es machte einen direkten Schuss, um unser Mietwagen zurückzugeben, bevor wir die Gegend verlassen.

Wunderbar Haustier-freundliches Hotel in DFW mit viel Grasraum für potty-Pausen! Ich werde Ihnen die 411 auf dem Grundstück geben, nachdem ich Ihnen den besten Teil unseres Aufenthalts ...das erstaunliche Personal erzähle. Raul am Frontdesk ist immer glücklich, mit einem Lächeln und einem freundlichen Wort zu helfen ....und war sehr bequem, als wir eine extra Nacht geblieben haben, ohne dass der Desk zuerst wissen und dann unsere Toiletten nachdem wir den Miss-Service ohne und Andrea ....holy moly Andrea!! Diese wunderbare Dame war ein Lebenssparer mit einem schönen Lächeln, der weit über die zusätzlichen Meile ging, als ich nach Mitternacht ein Papier drucken musste, um früh am nächsten Morgen eine unvorgeschlagene Sitzung zu treffen!! Diese Unterkunft und das Personal, das sie laufen hält, haben eine frustrierende Reise so viel tragbarer gemacht und wir sind ewig dankbar. Ich hoffe, dass die Unternehmensbüros und die regionalen Manager das Gold, das sie in ihren Mitarbeitern im Flughafen NFW-Alliance haben, wirklich schätzen und sich um ihre Freude bemühen. Als Verkaufsmanager für Red Lion für viele Jahre weiß ich zuerst, wie unschätzbar es ist, nicht nur kompetent, sondern auch wirklich Gastfreundschaftliches Personal auf der Website zu haben, um sich um ihre Gäste zu kümmern. Ich hätte mich geehrt, die Menschen in irgendeiner meiner Eigenschaften zu haben. Jetzt für das Hotel selbst ... Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt einen Pool, Fitnesscenter und einfach zu benutzen Waschmaschine und Trockner, so dass Sie während der Reise Ihre Waschmaschine machen können! Keine Maschineviertel, nur schütteln Sie Ihre Karte! Das komplimentäre Frühstück jeden Morgen ist zweit bis niemandem! Eier, Sauce (zwei Arten!), Muffins, Bagels, Getreide, Waffeln, Obst, Kaffee, Saft, etc ... Und es gibt immer frisches Kaffee und heißes Wasser für Tee im Lobby über den ganzen Tag und sogar um Mitternacht! ;) Wir werden sicher wieder sein!!

Das Hotel ist ein tolles Hotel in einer bequemen Lage mit mehreren Alternativen zum Abendessen und Aktivitäten. Wir waren froh mit dem Layout und der Gesamtqualität des Hotels. Die Zimmerküche waren großartig, so dass wir in und entspannen konnten. Unser einziger Rückzug über die Erfahrung war schlafen. Großes Königsbett so keine Beschwerden im Zimmer, aber sehr unkomfortable. Die Linen waren zerstreut und Federn-Kleider waren nicht so komfortabel, wie ich mir vorstellen würde, wenn man den Kaliber der anderen Einrichtungen betrachtet. Wenn Sie nicht die Fluff und Komfort in den Bettausstattungen brauchen, sind Sie mit dieser Hotelwahl fest. Ich gebe dieses Hotel einen festen 4.5 für Komfort und Komfort für das Unternehmen, aber wenn Sie den Luxus eines Urlaubs und weiche Kissen zu bat betrachten einen höheren Preispunkt haben wollen. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel, das Personal und die Einrichtungen für einen einfachen Aufenthalt zu erwähnen. Ich kann auch keine Schuld von einem der Hotelpersonal oder der Affiliate, die sie scheinen mit Autospausen zu behandeln. Es gab einen kleinen Vorfall, der sehr professionell von Personal behandelt wurde, das ich am Tag Check-out bemerkte. Parkplatz ist groß und dicht war sicherlich nur eine Zufallsfrage und das Personal war oberst die Gewährleistung der Gäste und die Zubehör waren oberste Priorität. Danke Hilton, toller Aufenthalt.
