Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Zimmer war grundsätzlich für $300/night. Bei weniger blieb es besser.. Front Desk Frauen waren bei der Eincheckung wirklich nett.

We arrived early and were very grateful that we were able to get a room a couple hours before checkin time. While I was checking in, there was an extremely unprofessional lady (I think she may have been the manager) on the phone speaking extremely loudly and ghetto (it’s the best way to describe her conversation). She was on the phone speaking about getting keys from another location because this location was had low quantity. She went on to say something about the payment and a check needing to clear. I attempted to block out the conversation while I was being checked in but she was sooooo loud. The young lady checked us in and I was actually surprised that we did not receive any type of welcome gift similar to what we receive for elite status. Not even water. We were in a corner room with an amazing view. The room was spacious; however, the bathroom was very tight. The toilet is literally in front of the door which made it tight getting in and out of the bathroom. The room was overall clean, except the floor doesn’t seem to be mopped often. I accidentally dropped some food and got a wet paper towel to wipe it up and it was filthy. The location is perfect with access to lots of high end restaurants. However, gluten free options are limited. I stayed at a different hotel about a block or so away earlier during the summer and it was an absolute struggle trying to find good gluten free options in this area. I doubt that we will return to this location, although I really wanted to like it.

This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big cockroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.

Das Zimmer war sauber und eine schöne Größe, gute Größe TV, die immer ein Plus ist. Anständige Pool-Bereich und ein gutes Fitnesscenter, Lage ist großartig, um durch Attraktionen näher zu kommen, hat eine nette Lobbybar serviert Lebensmittel und Getränke bis 11:00 Uhr keine co. Beschwerden würden definitiv hier wieder bleiben.

I have had to travel to Keller, Tx. for a few days a month every month for the past 13 or 14 months. On each of these trips I have opted to stay at the Courtyard Fort Worth at Alliance Town Center and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The prices are reasonable. All the members of the staff – receptionists, housekeepers, groundskeepers, bartenders and wait staff – are incredibly polite and hospitable. The rooms are well maintained and are always clean as are the internal and external public spaces. The WiFi works very well. It is quiet and conducive to good sleeping. The Bistro serves very good breakfast selections that are reasonably priced and the Hotel has numerous dining options within easy walking distance. The Hotel offers a very nice pool and there is a small but well-equipped gym on premises. The Hotel abuts the Bluestem Park at Alliance Town Center and there is wonderful walking/jogging trail in this park. This establishment has made these frequent trips to Texas rather easy and enjoyable.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Rein Hotel. Nice staff. Kostenloses Frühstück ist großartig. Solide Lage in der Nähe von vielen guten Lebensmittelspots und in der Nähe des Stadiums. Nice geschaut Pool und schöne Jacuzzi. cooler Fitnessraum. Sie geben sogar kostenlose Tacos und Getränke ab 5:30 -7pm. Ich könnte nicht glücklicher sein, wenn ich hier bleiben möchte. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben!

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auf Spazierfahrt von den Geschäften und Restaurants, die Fort Worth Stockyards bieten. Auch der Pool ist gut gepflegt und fein. Für kleine Gerichte (Frühstück/Mittagessen/Abend, verschiedene Starbucks-Kaffee (auch in Eis-Version) und andere Getränke können Sie in der Lobby zurechtkommen. Bereitschaft, dass Parken des Autos (Valet Parken) kostet 20 Dollar pro Nacht. Aber es ist gut mit freundlichem Personal geregelt.
