Least romantic room we have stayed in no balcony views just walk 2 feet away

Amazing boutique hotel near the port. We stayed here for a night to depart next morning to Tangier Morocco. The host was very welcoming and the hotel’s location is very central to shops and restaurants.

Was in Tarifa for two nights and was very happy to have found this hotel. Its located in the heart of the old town. Entrance is down a side lane of the restaurant it is part of. Check in was simple as was check out. Note that reception is not open 24hrs but they seem accommodating and the restaurant downstairs should be able to contact someone if you need to. Room was large and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants, bars cafes around and an easy walk to the port if going to Tangier. Tarifa itself was a surprise - enjoyed it very much

Made last minute booking to this hotel after deciding to stop off overnight in Tarifa before taking a day trip to Tangiers. We did not have particularly high expectations as we were already tired having driven from Seville via Gibraltar and just wanted somewhere to rest for the night at a decent price without much research. Check in was very smooth and welcoming, the standard room we booked was clean and inviting with a massive shower. Lovely little balcony overlooking narrow alley adorned with ambient lighting. Whole place had lovely atmosphere and beautiful design. Best of all was the hotel restaurant which spills over onto a cobbled pavement on a quaint spanish street with other tapas bars and live music. My partner ordered the Iberian sirloin and said it was the best meat dish he has ever eaten! We would love to stay again if we are lucky enough to spend a bit longer in Tarifa next time.

We booked this hotel sight unseen the night we arrived in Tarifa. What a magical experience! Located in the very center of Tarif, over-looking one of the main streets, the architecture of the room is out of a Moorish castle. The room came with a sofa bed, queen bed on the 2nd floor loft, and a kitchenette. Everything in the room was sparkling clean and the stay was wonderful. The rooms had (old, but workable) closable shutters, and windows, and thick curtains, so it was nice and dark at night and quiet despite the people right outside our window downstairs eating and talking away. The street outside has some nice restaurants and a small bakery that's open early and closes late. If I were to come back to Tarifa with my family, I'd stay here without any hesitation.
