We like the room size, the gym, the balcony, the bathtub in the room and the wide range of foods served for breakfast. I love the environment and the surrounding of the hotel. There is a water fall trail behind the hotel and within the hotel vicinity there is also a cycling/ running trek along river. Not far from the hotel there r some eateries and convenience shops. The best thing about the hotel is that they provide coway water dispenser on every floor to substitute bottled water.

It was a great stay, hotel view was the best among all, service level excellent! Just the bathtub water was not clean, yet they immediately gave us another room, to change, overall it was a great experience

Die Straßenimbisse außerhalb des Hotelgebäudes sind ein nettes Extra und das Frühstück im Hotel ist zwar einfach, aber akzeptabel. Es gibt jedoch ein paar Bereiche, die verbessert werden müssen. Das Hotel zu finden kann schwierig sein, da es keine Wegweiser gibt. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers muss verbessert werden, da Kissen, Sofa und Kopfteile der Betten unangenehm riechen, was darauf hindeutet, dass sie schon lange nicht mehr gereinigt wurden. Die Zimmerhygiene ist insgesamt mittelmäßig, könnte aber besser sein. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen könnte der Aufenthalt hier viel angenehmer sein.

Location nicely placed at tanah rata with convenient parking and a friendly front desk person Room was clean and smells good, toiletries and towels was also well provided There's even a cute balcony for you to enjoy outside However the room is just a room, wouldn't really feel like staying in there to hangout, but just to sleep or etc If I was on a budget trip, I'll definitely come back here, overall was a great experience without any hiccups
