Wir denken, das ist das beste Hotel in Tallahassee. Super sauber, aktualisiert, freundlich und sicher. Jeder, den wir getroffen haben, war so willkommen und nimmt in dem Hotel tatsächlich stolz. Wir bleiben hier nur jetzt, wenn wir nach Tally kommen und es empfehlen. Sehr gute Zimmer dunkle Schatten, viele Outlets und USB-Anschlüsse neben den Betten und integriert in die Sofa. Ehrlich gesagt konnten Sie nicht mehr fragen. 10/10.

Insgesamt genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Restaurant Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, das Abendessen oder das späte Abendessen könnte besser sein. Das einzige wirkliche Problem, das ich hatte, war das Bad schlucken. Der Wasserdruck war zu hoch und Sie mussten die Ventile vollständig offen drehen, um heißes Wasser zu erhalten und Kleidung nass im Prozess.

I stayed there 2 times this year during the Florida State House Session. The hotel is in a great location for everything. The staff was great as well. The GM Tony was great, The over night guy/Peter was great as always. A very funny guy he has a story for us every night. The rooms was clean and ready. I would have giving it a 5 star rating, But I ran into two things that need to be addressed. The lady That wears the mask was not heplful at all. I asked for a blanket and she made it a big deal. She came back without and was not caring at all. The day I was tryin to check out, I went to the counter and there was no one there. I stood there for about 5 to 7 minutes finally a young lady came over from the far left after tending to her kids, which I thought was very unprofessional to bring your small children to work... She came over and checked me out. Other then that my stay was great!!

I stayed at this property for one night this past summer, and have since decided that despite a poor experience, the hotel deserved a positive review because of what they did to make things right! I decided to stay in this hotel after a concert at an amusement park in a neighboring state, near the border with Florida, and wanting to get out of that awful state as quickly as possible after the concert. After a terrible day, made only slightly better by seeing my favorite band in concert, I was hoping for a good nights sleep at this property, which unfortunately did not happen according to plan. Unfortunately the neighboring room was quite noisy, and I had to speak with the front desk, so the night auditor could try to call that room to ask them to quiet down. I am assuming I couldn't be moved due to hotel being fully booked, so I appreciated the night auditor doing what she could to try to make my stay better. However, after the neighboring room finally quieted down, and I was able to get a little bit of sleep, I was awoken with a loud sound similar to that of an alarm, coming from that room. I eventually went back to the front desk, and this is where the night auditor, who was still working, did everything they could to make things right. She was able to go back to the room to confirm the noise, attempt to contact the fellow guests, and when it was determined they were no longer in the room, enter the room herself, and then call for help in stopping whatever was causing the loud noise. Being that I was already trying to recover from a bad day, only to have an awful night, one might expect me to leave a completely negative review. However, the staff at this hotel provided me with the best possible service, and even gave me a late checkout and bonus Bonvoy points, to try and make up for an otherwise bad stay, due to issues beyond their control. Overall, I am happy that despite my negative experience, the wonderful people at this hotel did what they could to mitigate the issues with my stay. While I don't expect a perfect stay when staying at a Marriott flagged property, I do expect service that is at least good. At this property, the service was Excellent!

I didn’t write a review when I went shame on me. Let’s say this place had a lasting effect when I think of Tallahassee. I walked in the reception desk, staff was super friendly check in was a breeze, hotel lobby is very chic, not what I expected at all, you take the mirrored elevator to your room, the room itself a bit small but really not here for square footage. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower really nice and as an added bonus can’t forget the roof top bar. The staff was ridiculously patient with me and most of all the best chocolate martini is made here!!!!!!!

Roxanne was awesome , buffet was great!!!! The way the food was setup definitely was appealing and a breathe of fresh air. THANK YOU ROXANNE. I work 3 hours away from home so have a good meal is mandatory. Roxannne has known us for some weeks now to the point where we don’t even have to order our drinks, she just brings them out. She pays attention to the small details that makes the experience that much better.
