房間是乾淨舒適的，二樓唱K，三樓中餐廳，四樓住房，隨然可以唱K，但很安靜，不影響休息。酒店樓下可以停車，但車位不多，約十幾二十個車位。如果停滿了，也可以停到隔壁小區的地下停車場，也是它們酒店的。酒店三樓喝茶很實惠，喜歡喝茶的小伙伴可以去試試，是全天茶市喔。

五一假期帶家公家婆去開平赤坎古鎮（門票60，70歲以上也是這個價錢，說試運營期間已經打半價了），玩之後過來台山住，想着第二天去東南亞風情村逛逛。2023年的五一節，130一間房，去哪裡找？這個價錢是我沒有想到的。比起黃山風景區頂上睡廁所的，真是沒法比了。#衛生衛生乾淨，被褥都很新。說是19年裝修過。#服務前台和老闆都很熱情，很貼心的說可以去隔壁市場買海鮮回二樓餐廳加工。加工費也不貴，清蒸魚加工費收25，白灼蝦加工費收10元。比三亞好多了（1000多塊的食材，收了我425的加工費）。#位置交通位置很好找。#房間設施房間設施齊全，有窗（拖鞋、一次性洗漱用品、毛巾、紙巾、風筒、衣架一應俱全）#早餐不含早餐，樓下二樓7點可以喝早茶，價錢也不貴。#停車門口衹得幾個位置停車。但對麪劃線部分都可以免費停車，先到先得了。#房間景觀有窗，可以看樓下馬路。#WIFI

很久沒來了，這次回來才發現酒店有重新裝修過，設施都改善了，還有隔音也不錯，夠安靜。還有智能小度能控制到電視，空調，很方便。房間乾淨衞生，服務員也超棒的，因為走得急忘帶充電器了，客房阿姨還及時送到，真的太感謝了。

I reserved the 2-bed Room and it looks like this building was built as an apartment. This unit was two levels, which they split the lower level as a hotel room and the upper level as a short term apartment rental. Fortunately it was not occupied. Could have been noisy. Noise from the hallway was already a little too much. One last complaint was the toilet being in the shower room. Very bad setup. However I might stay here again just for the breakfast. It was included in my room booking. Very good varieties and tasty! Front desk girl is very hard working and courteous. Thanks for your help!

Als erstes kam ich wirklich, wie die Bewertung sagt, die Lage ist gut, um einen Parkplatz zu finden und es ist bequem. Rooms are spacious and clean except for some stains at the curtains The 'Alexa/Google home' in the rooms made the stay even more comfortable as everything could be voice controlled. Interestingly, the hotel provides free supper from 9pm to 11pm which makes it very convenient for guests who arrived late in the hotel to have a quick bite without having to venture out. There are washing machines & dryer available in the hotel for guests to wash their clothes. Thank goodness for it especially during winter so we could bring less clothes along. Most importantly, the service from the staff is excellent. Every one we met in the hotel treated us warmly and went the extra mile to accede to our requests. We booked 3 rooms initially then added one more room after one night. Unfortunately, there wasn't any available room on the the same floor. However, the staff actually called us the next day and informed us of an available room on the same floor and asked if we would like to change the room so the entire family could be on the same floor. We were impressed with their attention to detail and their service! Thank you one and all at Mandarin Elegant Hotel for your warmth and graciousness and for making our stay enjoyable and memorable! 以前住過這裏覺得不錯，這次訂了兩間大床房三天兩夜帶家人過來玩一下。酒店性價比高，房間乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，有智能馬桶和小度智能化服務。酒店工作人員服務周到，熱情有禮，響應及時。入住能免費游泳，游泳池開放分兩場，時間是下午三點到晚上十點，中間下午6點多會進行一次維護。酒店中餐廳7點到14點有早茶直落，現在早茶還有8折優惠。午餐晚餐也有許多特價菜，餐廳環境乾淨衞生，空調温度適宜，菜品豐富，味道不錯。 酒店地理位置優越，離台城文化街區和步行街很近，離梅家大院，草坪裏也不算遠，酒店有免費停車，停車方便，有室外和地下停車場，車位充足，適合自駕。 家人十分滿意，果斷再續住一天，酒店還送了自助早餐。

Great hotel, great location, friendly staff, and perfect for longer term stays because the rooms had a fridge and washer. I first booked for s few days but ended up staying for almost a month. The rooms are big and are all interconnected with Xiaomi Voice assistant which was a joy to use for deliveries and turning on and off various lights and entertainment in the room. Would definitely choose this location again next time. Hopefully, by then the construction will be mostly done.

Shampoo and conditioner empty but no one refill it after tidy up the room. Diversification of food on the restaurant.
