Insgesamt 7,5/10 im Vergleich zu dem, was man bekommt und dem Preis.

Das Inn Kube im Taipei Hauptbahnhof ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von wenigen Nächten besser, weil die Lage perfekt sehr zentraler für die großen Straßen von Taipei ist. Allerdings ist das Zimmer sehr klein und daher nicht gut, wenn Sie eine Menge Gepäck haben. Das Bett war sauber und hatte einen TV und mehrere Plug-Sockets, aber die Badezimmer fühlten sich etwas schmutzig. Ich würde aber nicht wieder dort bleiben, wenn ich vom Flughafen mit viel Gepäck komme.

客室の壁が薄いのか遮音性が大変悪く、隣室の宿泊客達が深夜になっても騒いでいたため、就寝することが出来なかった。 フロントに事情を話したところ、隣室に注意をしてくれて収まったが、せっかくの短い旅程で何とも嫌な思いをした。 客室は綺麗であったが、部屋のセーフティボックスは壊れており、エアコンも調整が効かず、また、冷蔵庫からは異臭がしていた。 なお、ルームクリーニングを夕刻の遅い時間に実施するとは、世界中を旅しているが初めての経験であった。 スタッフの対応は良く、台北駅と西門町から徒歩圏のため便利であるが、残念ながら再び宿泊することは無い。 The walls of the guest room were thin and the sound insulation was very poor. Bed is very wobbly. You can feel the movement of your partner in bed. Some rooms have it worse. We could not sleep for hours the first night. Around 4AM, we were fed up and asked for help from the frontdesk. When complaining, the staff would not help at all. They did not believe us and dismissed the problems. We had to angrily convince them to even take a look. After looking, they finally gave in and said we were right. We got another room, but we could not let our sleeping 2 year old sleep in the old room while I moved to the new room to get a couple hours of sleep. The staff made us move all our luggage and the sleeping child to the new room, even if nobody was staying in the used room. The cleaning would be the next day anyway. Very poor service and 0 logic was used. Unfortunate, because the rest was great.

Die Lage ist leicht zu verstehen, weil sie sehr nahe der Taipei-Bahnstation liegt. Ich kann ein wenig Japanisch sprechen, aber sie scheinen sich an ausländische Touristen gewöhnt zu haben, die einfach Englisch sprechen. Ich bin dankbar, dass es ein Pferd im Kloster gibt. Das Bett ist sehr lecker. Das Wasser ist etwas schlecht, es riecht etwas, aber es reicht nicht, zu schlafen. Wenn es etwas anderes gibt, werde ich es verwenden.

The hotel staff were very assuring when we contacted them to notify them of our arrival delay due to bad weather hampering our itinerary during the day. The concierge displayed a warm and friendly attitude as Mr. Eric Gao recommended us all the good eats around the hotel and beyond, demonstrating his local knowledge of the area and also his passion for good food. Hygiene and cleanliness are definitely one of the best, not losing out to those 5-star hotels. Bed and pillows are comfortable, and their TV channels are extensive. Whenever we went out or come back from the hotel, the concierge is always there to greet and ready to serve us, and I have to give many kudos in CityInn's hospitality area, which I felt the other hotels, including those 5-star hotels, are lacking these days. On the day of our check-out, I was surprised with a gift and a birthday card from the concierge (the following day was my birthday). I was moved by their actions and their attention to detail. They reminded me of the hospitality I had received while in Japan and CityInn is definitely top-notch. CityInn made our Taiwan trip, one of the memorable highlights in our excursion and even back at home, we told our friends and family of CityInn of the wow factor that CityInn has displayed. We are going to stay there again in our November Taiwan trip without a single doubt.

Das Zimmer war schön und im Allgemeinen sauber, aber Kaffeekoppen hatten Trinkfarben auf der Tasse Lippen. Keine Ausstattung auf der Grundlage der Nachhaltigkeit, die verständlich ist, sondern nur eine kleine reusable Glasflasche für Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Die Ladevorrichtungen und Sockets wurden hinter der Desktop-Lampe versteckt. Keiner an der Bettseite, was eine Trauer war. Beleuchtungskontrolle war auch fertig und nicht einfach zu benutzen. Fitness-Ausrüstung war interessant.

Der Ort war unglaublich sauber und ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich wirklich um den Ort und die Zimmer sind nicht überfüllt. In meinem waren nur 4 Leute, mich eingeschlossen. Sie geben Ihnen einen Papierschlüssel mit Ihrem Namen darauf und dem Code, um in die Zimmer zu gelangen. Waschmaschinen sind vorhanden, ebenso wie ordentliche Küchenausstattung.

Located within minutes from Ximending and the Taipei metro, so it was the perfect location for me. I had the deluxe room which was spacious, with lots of room space to move around and there was a mini fridge, open wardrobe where I could hang my clothes and a counter top on the side with 2 chairs. The shower and toilet was also spacious with a kinda bathtub. Shower gel and shampoo in dispenser were also available. Toothrbrush, shaver, comb and shower cap were all available during check in if required and bathroom slippers were also available in the room. Little things that made everything complete. At the concierge, there were snacks that were free of charge for guests and a water dispenser that serves sparkling water which was so cool! The room will be cleaned upon request and when I asked why, they said cos some guests want their privacy and do not wanna be disturbed so they will only clean the room upon request. Luckily I am quite a tidy person and didn’t eat in my room so my room was generally clean and didn’t really need any cleaning during my stay. Towels were sufficient and I only needed more tissue and mineral water during my stay and was given to me upon my request. If anything is needed, the concierge is also available 24 hours which ensured peace of mind for every guest. But most of all, it was the staff that made my stay fun and memorable. They were extremely friendly and approachable. I love the family/friends feel whenever I was in their space. They were also extremely helpful when I asked about where I could get great local food and they would even Google and show me exactly what they were recommending and made sure I will get to the desired destination. Overall, this is a great hotel that I would highly recommend for anyone when travelling to Taipei Taiwan.

Zum zweiten Mal hier, alles in allem ist alles gut. Der Stecker des Haartrockners ist sehr locker, sodass Sie den Stecker drücken müssen, um Ihre Haare zu föhnen. Der Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung besteht nur aus ein paar kurzen Haken an der Wand, was etwas unzureichend ist 😂 Egal wie man die Temperatur der Klimaanlage einstellt, das Gefühl scheint das gleiche zu sein😅 Der Standort liegt neben Ximending, relativ nah am Bahnhof Beimen und die Fahrt dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Die Fahrt vom Hotel nach Ximending dauert etwa 7 Minuten. Das Einzige ist, dass es kein Fenster gibt, sodass man gut schlafen kann, bis man die Zeit vergisst 😂 Aber der Preis ist relativ günstig.
