Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt uns jedes Mal, wenn wir ein- und ausgehen. In der Lobby werden wir auch umgehend mit Snacks und Getränken versorgt Der Taifun, als wir am selben Tag eincheckten. Wir fühlen uns im Hotel sicher.

Very nice stay as always. Amenities were okay but they are being more eco-friendly now so better take your own toothbrush and toothpaste with you in case you get charged for them. The most surprising thing was- it was near my birthday so the hotel made me a card and slipped it under the door. That was the only thing I didn't expect. Thank you!

Hotel location was excellent. The amenities were basic but sufficient (you get what you pay for). One issue is the noise level (walls seem thin or the neighbours are just loud). Hotel gave a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival when the standard room was not available. Greatly appreciated!

Simple no frills room - awesome location, good service and super clean They would not provide any toothbrush and other disposable items from 2025 There is washing machine and dryer available for all hotel guest. I arranged for my luggage to be kept at the hotel while I took a small bag to go to beitou

A happy returning traveller... but the rooms does need some repair especially the toilet. Overall still a good hotel given its location (Ximen Exit 3) and staff good service.

Best hotel I have stayed at Taipei so far.. location is excellent, 5 min to 西门町 station and street. Hotel is very clean and odourless, they do room cleaning everyday, staff are so polite and extremely helpful, seriously one of the best hotel service I have stayed in Asia so far. Only one thing they could do better is that the hotel rooms are built with thin walls, and I am very unfortunate to have a couple that always gives me "free morning call" every morning without fail by banging on the bathroom walls next door.. not sure of this is something the property still can do about but the sound proofing could be improved better definitely.. Other than that, I am so impressed by the facilities, albeit being a budget hotel, they have a community space in the basement with free Laundromat and free coffee and tea dispensers. Also after 10pm each night, they even provide free cup noodles for supper! 😁will definitely be my first choice if staying at 西门町 in future!

The room is spacious. The staffs are nice and friendly. They helped me to make reservation for serial restaurants.

I passed in this hotel and inquire personally at their concierge. So when I have business trip to Taiwan I booked at this property. And I don't regret it. I love it.

The hotel is located at the very good location, closed to mrt, walkable to ximending. They provide washing machine too.

Good customer services. Location good. Rooms are clean. Also have free laundry service where you can wash and dry you clothings.

Location is near Ximen Station, staff are friendly, but that is about it. Room was generally clean, but on my first night I lifted the toilet seat cover and saw urine puddles. Didn’t dare lift it on subsequent nights. Room sound proofing is very bad. I can hear the neighbouring rooms - alarms, videos, talking and laughters. Hotel door is not fully sealed (attached photo - can see the gap beneath door), so lobby sound is very clear as well, can hear people chatting before they retire to room, door bells, doors closing, lift. Wifi was unstable. The connection (when connected) is average, but it disconnects on its own after 30 mins or so.

It is ok overall. The pictures show the room has window but the window is in the bedroom.

not the first time staying here, most of the staff are less friendly compared to last time that gave people a welcoming vibe at all times. only 2 staff - light brown coloured guy staff and one female receptionist with bangs continued the friendly service. also the cleanliness of the hotel slightly reduced, got few days where one of the housekeeping staff didnt vaccum the floor and one time forgot to clear the rubbish.
