This is a very nice hotel. Great location. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Both of the hot spring bath in public and room are excellent. However, the hotel is a bit aged and may need renovation. Overall, it is worth to choose this hotel.

First of all, staff didn’t inform when my room is ready and I am rushing for time. Only know when my room is ready until I ask the counter staff when I can’t wait any longer. Room is old, run down and worse is that the walls have black stains like mould. Very bad hotel with no well maintenance.

We received free upgrade to 4 persons room. The room has great garden and mountain view. However, we may like to suggest that the door be repaired as it has to be closed hard in order to close completely. Apart from this, the hotel is easily accessible to Xibeitou MRT, KFC and convenience shops..

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable. The location is near the Thermal Valley. Please note they do not open on Monday. There is public pool and also hotspring in the bathroom so it is very convenient. Breakfast is mix of international and local ********* food. I love the spread. Will come back again.

Room is large and clean. Location of the hotel is walking distance to Xin Beitou MRT. Hotel Provide complimentary snacks and drinks which are appreciated.

It's in a great location, within walking distance of public transportation and pretty much all Xinbeitou places of interest. The staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was very large and the bed was big and comfortable too. The free snacks, tea and coffee were a nice touch. I read other reviews complaining that the rooms are old and in need of renovation. The curtains were old and had holes in them, but other than that our room was in good condition. We made good use of the hot spring bath, which was our main reason for coming up to Beitou. I was surprised that bathrobes were not provided, which would have been appreciated. The bathroom stayed damp after using the steamy hot bath on the first day, but the cleaning staff wiped it down on the second day. If it hadn't been quite so cold outside we could have opened the bathroom window to let it dry out more quickly. Breakfast was typical buffet style, maybe not enough variety for typical Westerners, but we were satisfied with the selection. All in all, it's a nice hotel for visiting Xinbeitou area and having your own large hot spring bath.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch—the rooms were spotless, and every corner of the hotel was well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!

Booked a room with personal onsen in room. Everything was perfect. Walking distance to xin beitou station and thermal valley. Hotel receptionist on 29/11 night was very welcoming.

Best place to stay in Beitou, near to train station. We chose the futon bed..so comfortable. The hot spring in the hotel is clean. Will be my choice of hotel if I visit Beitou again in the future.

Looks exactly like advertised. Quite conveniently located, short walking distance to Xinbeitou MRT station and opposite Beitou garden which has the beautiful wooden structured library, and you can stroll all the way to the Thermal Valley. Room was quite large, pretty well maintained, but showing it's age and maybe needing some TLC. Breakfast was the high point of the stay, as we totally enjoyed the variety that was on offer. Service was pretty good as well, and staff was warm and friendly. The only issue we had was that the hot water from the sink and shower took quite some time to warm up, and the water pressure was almost non existent, so it took quite some time to shower or use the sink. Overall, recommended for its location, breakfast and the fact that there is a hot spring tub in each room.

Hotel is old but well maintained. Strategically located next to Bei Tou park and 5 min walk from the mrt. The highlight of the stay is definitely the 24 hour hot spring in the room. Breakfast is ok, but the variety needs to be improved.
