The bad: Many of the traveler reviews and pictures are for the Musik Hotel located nearby on Ximen station, and not for the Musik Hotel on Xining road. The hotel on Xining road looks nothing like the online pictures as well. The hotel resides in the same building as a hostel and absolutely has hostel vibes. The double bed rooms and 2 twin bed rooms are in desperate need of repair/refresh. The wallpaper in the room is stained and peeling off the walls along the edges, the rooms have an unpleasant odor, the toilet flush didn't work properly and the room phone was unable to dial out locally. The water dispensed from the water cooler also has a strange after taste which likely means the filter is long overdue for replacement. The body soap and shampoo looked like the same product and no hair conditioner is offered. To top it all off, the room slippers are made of paper and not terry cloth. The good: Proximity to Taipei main station, public transportation, and tourist sites. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

First few stay is good. This time is bad. BEYOND DISAPPOINTING. Room has strange 2 concrete pillars adjacent to each other beside the bed which is prone to accident. Went 3rd floor to reception ask change room since we will extend our stay reception guy is rude and impolite. Not friendly. Like literally hes like talking to someone who did not pay. Went up to ask my taiwan boyfriend and talk to him. When i went up my bf stay on 3rd floor. So left the keycard. And this guy maliciously gave my boyfriend a warning about "we dont do this here" implying that we are doing something strange and nasty in the hotel. BASIC COMMON SENSE: if we are doing something bad or whatever he is thinking on his small head, Why would i even ask to get transfered to the rooms on 3rd floor where the reception is located? 😂 Funny enough that I am a Diamond + Member here which means i spent hefty amounts of money travelling and booking different hotels. But above all this is the only hotel i experienced being insulted. will never go back here for a while. The other reception staff are nice but the guy with Max last night he have a tattoo, his attitude is horrible. He speaks as if he owns the hotel. I will let my friends and family know about this experience and will also include this on my vlog. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 P.S upon check out I showed Max my payment invoice from my US CLIENTS WHICH PROVES I DO HAVE A DECENT JOB PAID IN US DOLLARS EVERY F..CKING WEEK. they need to retrain or replace that guy. He should be hospitable not an *******.

Very much anticipated that this hotel will give good ambience and staff is areally good and kind. Some rooms only have toilets which doesnt function well. So basically its one of their areas for improvement

First room was so smelly room, I asked for changing and receptionist willingly to change for different one.

Nice place to stay very near to all locations have a lot of food stalls downstairs

mon to friday there won’t be any concierge services available and only weekend there would be a staff to assist. poor cleaning services as well, hotel rooms will not be clean as they would only clear the trash and provide towel. poor service . unable to navigate our way to the hotel room as no front desk service available . no password was given to enter our rooms as well as very stressful experience. poor service. won’t recommend this hotel for families.

3층 가자마자 잠긴 문 보고 일차 당황 셀프 체크인에서 예약번호랑 메일에온거랑 달라서 이차 당황 프론트 직원 없어서 삼차 당황 겨울이라 추운데 타이베이 날씨 때문에 히터 가동이 안되서 사차 당황 이 외에 다 좋아요 위치도 굿

飯店採用自助機台，快速又方便，櫃檯雖非24小時，但態度都好棒！房間不算大但清潔度夠，洗澡水溫跟水壓都剛好。另外也有提供24小時投幣式洗衣機烘衣機。

旅館房間很整潔,員工態度十分友善,整體上十分滿意。唯一缺點就是，風筒藥力太少，而且不夠熱，如果長頭髮的人會比較煩。另外雙人房的廁所板沒有緩衝功能。而且房間水喉聲10分大，樓上每次洗澡開水龍頭，也非常大的聲音。枕頭非常扁，沒有承托力，如果對於枕頭有一點要求的話，請自備枕頭

旅館一間, 沒多設備, 房間偏細, 好彩廁所也很潔淨 服務員態度好好 不會日日做清潔, 毛巾, 漱口潔具...俱全

這家酒店以後再也不去！一進房間放下行李箱連走路都走不了，床單上還有小蟲，訂了三晚，住了一晚不舒服想提前退房還不讓退錢，前枱也沒有24小時服務，服務不到位，質量不到位，在外面隨便訂了另外兩個晚上都好過這家！便宜又大又乾淨！還有24小時前枱服務！已在網上給差評！也奉勸朋友不要訂這家！遊客真實感受沒有做假！

地點方便，容易找到，check in 在3樓，房間size正常，有行李寄放，但櫃台不是24小時，附近有很食店多。
