Grundsätzlich sind alle Einrichtungen vorhanden. Zunächst einmal bin ich mit der Klimaanlage am unzufriedensten. Sie ist super heiß und lässt sich nicht regulieren. Ich habe den Kundendienst angerufen, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Es ist jedoch tatsächlich ein persönliches Problem, da es spät ist. Im Winter sind es jedoch immer 25 Grad drinnen, wenn es draußen 14 Grad sind, was etwas stickig ist. Andere Dinge sind gut. Das Frühstück ist köstlich. Die Farbgestaltung der Unterkunft ist insgesamt auch gut. Es gibt einen großen Raum mit einem Bad, in dem man sich während der Arbeit gut ausruhen kann. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, aber es gibt verschiedene Busse in der Nähe, was auch in Ordnung ist.

Das Hotel ist vom Design her recht retro, aber sehr komfortabel! Schöne Nachbarschaft und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Nationalen Palastmuseum und 5 Minuten mit dem Bus von Shilin MRT entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut! Der kostenlose Waschsalon und die Minibar sind auch sehr praktisch.

I liked about this hotel very much and few points are as below- 1. Lovely and luxurious feeling by residing in this hotel. Every facility gives you a feel of a luxury hotel such as bed, entrance, doors of the room, staffs curtsy. 2. Breakfast has wide variety including one option for vegetarian person as well. They serve you as you order and staff try to help as much as possible with there little English language. 3. All receptionist speaks fluent English. Nearby National Museum and very good view from hotel of nearby mountains. 4. Bedding and bathroom were spacious. Even though little far from main Taipei city but it is worth to stay here rather then in busy city environments.

The AC was broken on the last night. Not sure what happened. The place is far from everything unless you want to visit the palace museum

The Location is near to National Palace Museum and hiking trails. Although not close to MRT stations, the bus stop is right outside of the hotel and the buses arrives frequently to take us to the city. Service is friendly and professional. The breakfast is freshly prepared and the portion is just nice. We love the well-designed and well-kept laundry room, which has washers and dryers free for guests' use.

Rooms are clean, newly furnished, and super spacious for what you can get around Taipei. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is tasty and fresh. Overall I’d highly recommend if you don’t mind being a bit tucked away outside the city.

Great extra unusual facilities made available at the hotel, laundry. Great for family and long stay.

An amazing hotel near the mountains, right next to palace museum so I enjoyed lots of days walking around with no one else there. The vibe is very well done and calming, it’s a natural wooden feel with suits the mountain scenery. The staff were amazing and always doing their best to check in with me. Of course it’s a bit far from the centre but there’s many bus routes you can take and Shilin station is only a few minutes. Genuinely such a nice place to stay and really calmed me during my travel.
