"Ursprünglich reservierte man eine Deluxe-Queen-Suite und Trip.com / Hotel bestätigte, dass wir ein einzelnes Bett hinzufügen konnten. Nach der Ankunft sagte das Hotel, dass sie uns nicht und wechselte uns in eine Familiensuite, obwohl sie Rolloway Betten zur Verfügung haben und die Deluxe-Queen-Suite hatte einen großen Platz. Zimmer: Die Familiensuite ist geräumig, aber A/C dauerte sehr lange, um das Zimmer zu erwärmen. Das Badezimmer ist offenes Konzept mit Kleidung Rack außerhalb des Duscheschranks, was es ungünstig zu kleiden/unkleiden macht. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine anständige Auswahl an chinesischen Gerichten, einschließlich einer Nudelstation. "Nice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu"

"We arrived Hotel around 9pm, we haven’t have our dinner and the hotel restaurant has already closed. It was surprised that the hotel provided simple and delicious supper. Yet it was free of charge for all hotel guests! Especially we were so appreciate that Ms. 邹慧英, she was so attentive, she organised for our meals, transport and trips arrangements. She has put so much effort to ensure we all comfortable during our stay. Her dedication to her work is highly commendable! The hotel might be old but the service is as good as 5 stars hotel. However, the setback of the hotel was guests are allowing to smoke in the restaurant and hotel rooms. It would be appreciated that the hotel should allocate smoker rooms floor or different sections of the hotel."

"首先要感謝老闆給我免費升級了房間！升級後的房間好大好大，還有一個大大的浴缸，可以泡澡。民宿的地理位置很好。就在大金湖的旁邊，在一個別墅區裏面，晚上非常非常安靜，可以好好的睡一覺。民宿距離大金湖的景區不太遠，開車衹需要10分鐘左右。周邊吃飯的地方也很多，如果有車的話，去哪裡吃飯都很方便。民宿裏面打掃的很乾凈，整棟房子一半是有電梯的，一半是沒有電梯的，裝修風格也是一半老式的，一半新式的。預訂前可以問清楚店家，住的是哪一邊的房間。前台的小妹妹很可愛，服務也很周到，據我爸媽説，還問他要了好多零食吃，真是不好意思啊。房間是每天一客一打掃，補充物品和更換布草都很及時。還有一點特別滿意的，就是網速非常快！總的來説性價比非常高，住的非常舒心，非常滿意。以後來這邊，還會選擇這家民宿的！"

"Das Hotel ist in Huojiang, es ist nicht zu sehen, das Auto auf der Straße zu parken, um den Brotladen an der Huojiang-Tour zu fragen, bevor ich das Hotel in der kleinen Tür sah. Ich habe mich gefragt, wo der Parkplatz ist, als ich auskam, habe ich eine Vertragsverletzungsmeldung gesendet. Das Grand Hotel ist nicht bequem zu parken, auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber der Straße, an der Seite der Stadtregierung. Abbildung 2 ist die Stadtregierung Das Frühstück ist nicht sehr gut, im Allgemeinen sind die Gerichte sauer, der Kellner ist dort laut, die Kinder sind gekämpft, sehr schlank, nicht regulär. Das Zimmer ist nicht warm. Das Zimmer ist kalt und ich habe das Klimaanlage geöffnet und die große Schüssel im Zimmer gelagert. Das Zimmer hat keinen Windschutzscheibe, der Windschutzscheibe ist immer noch schlecht, bewegt und kann nicht schütteln. Der Schlafsofa hat einen Sitz, und es ist auch schlecht. Der Windschutzscheibe ist, dass ich in den Gebäuden einen Kellner suche. Das heißt, die Hotelausstattung ist nicht sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist im zweiten Stock. Der Elektrabel kann nicht im zweiten Stock gehen. Zuerst muss man auf einem Stock auf dem zweiten Stock gehen. Der Vorteil ist, dass es nahe der alten Stadt ist und nicht weit."
