I had a very good experience in Grand Sylhet. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean. Ordering food through room service was great and efficient. Breakfast buffet always had a variety. Staff were always so helpful and considerate. Would recommend to all.

Never thought there would be such a huge and comfortable hotel in Sylhet. This hotel truly lives up to its name. And for what it offers, the price is very affordable. Rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Within the hotel grounds, you would be able to find good restaurants, mini mart, arcade and even a movie theatre. Staff were also very warm and arranged our transport back to the airport though we had already checked out earlier in the day. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went for a staycation there for two nights, we didn't have a good experience regarding restroom, it was winter, after check in, went for shower but water heater wasn't work properly, either it's too hot or cold, and pressure fluctuating, i called the reception, they suggested me to put water controller on centre to get warm water, but it didn't work then i called them again and requested to change the room but it was negative, though they sent repair personal, which wasted our time. The repair personnel were quite unprofessional, his shoe wasn't clean, so made the washroom floor dirty, though they mop later, but i felt it's unhygienic, after fixing the water issue, the next day it came back again, the water issue was never solved properly. To note the washroom floor is quite slippery due to the wrong floor tiles choice, other than that staycation was average, hope the management will improve matters, at last thanks to them for letting us delay check out and airport transportation.

Good place. Loved the location. will come to visit with my family again.

Amazing place to stay in sylhet right next to sylhet airport my room was beautiful I had the executive suit from my terrace you can see sylhet airport runway place taking off and landing also amazing view

Overall I had a pleasant stay. It's a great 5 star hotel. Check in and check out was smooth. Great reception, great service and vibes. Room is clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine. This hotel is close to the airport and far enough away from the noise and hustle. I will definitely come again.

Very good service the staff was very hospitable towards the customers and catering to all my needs. Rubel Miah was very helpful and helped me through my stay. The venue was clean and the staff are vetting friendly which made my stay even more better.

Stay here 7 nights with a amazing bunch of 30 delegates from East London. 20 children and 10 teachers on a Educational and Cultural visit. From day one, the service had been amazing 👏. Every moment, someone is at hand to ask if you need something. The food was at another level. Huge thanks to Rayhan, Sonjoy and Firoz to their special attention to detail. Simply amazing and am a fan! Highly recommended!

This hotel has surpassed my expectations! Me and my family were very pleased with the clean and modern facilities as well as the exceptional hospitable service from the staff from the moment we had arrived. We were also very satisfied with the range of food and international cuisines that was available and cooked to a high standard. The steak we had was cooked to perfection and has set a new standard! It was better than saltbae steak. I would recommend this excellent hotel and resort to anyone visiting sylhet. We were also very pleased with the numerous amenities this place had to offer - pool, arcade, fitness centre and spa room with amazing views.

Did not stay here, but came as a visitor to go to the lounge and arcade. Arcade was terrible, most machines were out of order and the ones that were working were mediocre. Attended the Sahara lounge, the hookah was too strong. I ordered a Bengali mezze which took 30 minutes to arrive. I tried to cancel this many times and I was assured the food will arrive in a minute. They charged a 15% service charge which they state was mandatory even with the poor service. The food tasted terrible and had no spice at all. You’d expect grand sylhet to have some flavour to their food. Food tasted like it was straight out of the freezer

I can wholeheartedly recommend the Grand Sylhet Hotel. It is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Bangladesh. At the same time, it avoids the impersonal, cold atmosphere often found in 5*hotels where service is delivered purly by the book. In addition to the above-average facilities in the rooms and all areas of the hotel, it offers genuinely attentive service and an eye for detail. This applies to the efficient reception staff, the attentive concierge and restaurant team, and even the room service. You can also judge a hotel by how it deals with complaints: during my first training session, it was too warm for me in the gym. The very next day, this was taken into account and the temperature there was lowered to an ideal level. A special mention goes to Ms. Simu Gazi from the restaurant. Her attentive and courteous demeanor made every meal a delightful experience. Her professionalism and natural ability to cater to individual needs added a personal touch that greatly enhanced the stay. The hotel’s cuisine is another highlight. The breakfast buffet offers a well-thought-out mix of local and international dishes, prepared with care and quality. The same high standards are maintained for dinner. The Grand Sylhet Hotel combines excellent service with a welcoming atmosphere, leaving a lasting impression. I will definitely return.

As for my first trip to sylhet, it was a great experience by train from chittagong to sylhet. We checked in to the Grand sylhet for two nights, we had a great time, the service was top notch, special thank you to the acting GM and the top management for the great hospitality they offered, special thank you goes to Mr. Sonjoy A.F.O.M for taking such good care of us, from the day I booked the rooms, great hotel, great service, super friendly staff, all the best for the team, i will visit again for sure.

I really enjoyed my time here in grand sylhet hotel, very clean & Very good customer service, all round. Ask for Jonny when you come to Sahara Lounge in the hotel he will sort it out. The guy let me play what I like. It’s open from 5pm to 2am. 🙂😋😀🥳😍😉
