Excellent hotel in Webster/Rochester. Definitely will stay again if I come up to the area. The hotel was very convenient by car, the staff was excellent and everything was very clean.

Bad experience with this hotel. Booked a room for my son as he was travelling there. Returning from dinner after 7pm, he could not get back into his room as his card key does not work. The front desk looked at it and said there was a problem with the lock that only the maintenance personnel can fix. Problem is they do not have any maintenance people there and asked that he wait till next day! Imagine all his belongings locked in the room and he had to stay in another room for the night. To make things worse, the maintenance personnel came in next day only after 11am. This is in spite of us calling several times, escalating to the General Manager to chase up and demanding priority attention! It was very upsetting as my son’s phone battery was drained and could not get to his things that he needed to work in the morning. Fortunately, his flight out was the next day, else it would have been a costly incident. Overall, a very stressful experience.

I stay two nights here and good counter & housekeeping services.

Staff was gracious and friendly, bar was awesome and entertainment was great. Morning cafe options were good and appreciate the free coffee! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and love the king size bed! Bathroom had some stains on wall that could have been cleaned easily so that was a little gross. Shower was not super warm but was ok. Was with a (well behaved) hockey group and I know staff was struggling with another team who was not cooperating with expectations and I felt bad for them, lots of credit to them for their patience. Overall would 100% stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. No complaints. Friendly staff. Great breakdown bar. Prompt service if you needed towels or Kleenex for the room.

Location is good but air conditioning can not adjust.

Dieses Hotel war in Ordnung, aber ich hatte nur Probleme mit der Rezeption. Ich habe meine Reise bezahlt, als ich auf dieser Website gebucht habe. Das Hotel hat mir auch jede Nacht berechnet. Mein Visum kann nicht viel mehr vertragen. Jede Person an der Rezeption, darunter 2 Manager, hat geschworen, das Problem zu beheben und andere dafür verantwortlich zu machen. An dieser Stelle gehe ich gleich zu meinem Visum und bestreite alles. Ich würde nie wieder hier übernachten, kein anderes Choice Hotel. NOCH NIE!
