We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighborhood- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. In the event of undisclosed guests, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund.- Pet fee $150 for 2 dogs maximum and needs prior approval. Cats are not allowed.- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property.
