Stayed at Casa Fontana for 6 nights, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very first day, the whole team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every little detail. They genuinely made me feel at home and were always happy to help with any request. The hotel has such a charming, cozy, Italian-inspired atmosphere, the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and don’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a beautiful and authentic-feeling stay in Çeşme, Casa Fontana definitely won’t disappoint. I absolutely loved my time here and would happily come back!

Location: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards. Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly. Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great. Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

Von dem Moment an, als ich im Biblos Resort eincheckte, war der Service außergewöhnlich. Nach einem langen Reisetag war ich angenehm überrascht, als ich erfuhr, dass ich ein Upgrade auf ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Swim-up-Pool erhalten hatte – das war der Höhepunkt meines Aufenthalts. Die Unterkunft war makellos gestaltet und makellos sauber und bot eine einladende, heimelige Atmosphäre. Darüber hinaus haben die aufrichtige Freundlichkeit und der hervorragende Service des Personals mein Erlebnis wirklich abgerundet. Wird auf jeden Fall meine bevorzugte Unterkunft sein, wenn ich wieder in Alacati bin.

The aircon is not working. I asked them couples time to come and fix it but it didn't work. They said leave it for 5 mins then it will work but it is not on. Not sure what was going on. I also asked if someone going to come to fix it later. They told me they could not find engineer at this time. So the answer is I don't know. Luckily it wasn't a summer so I get by in the night. In the day you need to open your window to get some air. The room was ok a bit smaller than I thought. I almost could not open my luggage on the floor.

We stayed two nights at a wonderful hotel in Ilıca, the pearl of Çeşme, that has preserved its historical character, and our experience far exceeded our expectations. Nars Adult Hotel possesses a timeless elegance. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Despite being a historical building, all the amenities inside were modern and comfortable. Everything in our room was meticulously maintained. The hotel offers free access to beach for its guest. Swimming in Ilıca's famously clear, turquoise waters was a privilege. We’d especially like to thank the Manager and the staff for their warm approach and hospitality.

Ausstattung: Durchschnittlich, es gibt einen Swimmingpool und einen Parkplatz. Auf dem Liegestuhl im Ruhebereich sitzt immer eine Zibetkatze, die sehr süß ist und mit der man spielen kann. Wir haben ein Loft gebucht, aber um ehrlich zu sein, wirken die Hotels in der Türkei alle sehr klein und niedrig. Der Bereich auf dem Foto sieht in Ordnung aus, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es sehr eng Wir waren immer noch nicht zufrieden und haben ein weiteres Zimmer für ein Upgrade auf eine Familiensuite gebucht. Hygiene: Sauber und ordentlich, der Dekorationsstil ist einfach und hell. Umgebung: Der Yachthafen und das Schloss sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Familiensuite verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Küste. Service: 1. Sie helfen Ihnen nicht mit Ihrem Gepäck und es gibt keinen Aufzug im Hotel. 2. Wir blieben zwei aufeinanderfolgende Nächte und das Zimmer wurde mitten in der Nacht nicht gereinigt. Ich ging nach unten, um nach dem Müll zu fragen Taschen und Toilettenpapier mitten in der Nacht von der Rezeption holen; 3. Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer. Der Mülleimer ist sehr klein, was es wirklich schwierig macht, Müll wegzuwerfen. 4. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, das dem Standard der Grundschule entspricht. Es wird empfohlen, im Voraus eine Übersetzungssoftware vorzubereiten, da die Kommunikation sonst schwierig wird. 5. Das Frühstück ist den Bewertungen zufolge sehr reichhaltig, aber nicht verfügbar, und am ersten Tag gingen wir ziemlich spät nach unten und standen früh auf Am nächsten Tag eilte ich nach Fethiye. Es gab keine Wurst/Käse/Pommes Frites zum Frühstück, also war ich nicht sehr zufrieden damit Nach Hinzurechnung des zusätzlichen Geldes beträgt der Preis 500/Nacht. Ohne den Bonus der Stadtlandschaft wäre es sehr wertlos (Smiley).

We had a wonderful stay at Genesis Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The entire hotel was spotless, and all facilities were in excellent condition. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts, and the gym was surprisingly well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with our workouts. Overall, Genesis is a small, cozy, and very well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it with complete confidence. 100% recommended.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht hier. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool nebenan. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich ins Wasser kann. Es ist zu schwierig, mit einem 29-Box-Schlepptau von der Bushaltestelle zum Hotel zu gehen und den Eingang zu nehmen.

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.
