1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

GGastnutzerVon dem Moment an, als ich im Biblos Resort eincheckte, war der Service außergewöhnlich. Nach einem langen Reisetag war ich angenehm überrascht, als ich erfuhr, dass ich ein Upgrade auf ein geräumiges Zimmer mit Swim-up-Pool erhalten hatte – das war der Höhepunkt meines Aufenthalts. Die Unterkunft war makellos gestaltet und makellos sauber und bot eine einladende, heimelige Atmosphäre. Darüber hinaus haben die aufrichtige Freundlichkeit und der hervorragende Service des Personals mein Erlebnis wirklich abgerundet. Wird auf jeden Fall meine bevorzugte Unterkunft sein, wenn ich wieder in Alacati bin.

GGastnutzerLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

GGastnutzerErtu and his parents are running a lovely little hotel business! We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hosts were very hospitable. Very helpful, and friendly. The hotel is positioned in great location. The room we stayed in was very clean with good working air conditioning. Simple design with the spacious bathroom on the first floor and bed and balcony on the second floor. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful, with fresh and home made items! Pretty undercover area to have breakfast.
Unfortunately poor/limited wifi connection on the second floor of the room.
I would be wary of the room you book if you were tall, as the room we stayed in (economy double room) had very low ceilings. It didn't bother me but the other guest kept hitting their head.

AAnonymer BenutzerAusstattung: Durchschnittlich, es gibt einen Swimmingpool und einen Parkplatz. Auf dem Liegestuhl im Ruhebereich sitzt immer eine Zibetkatze, die sehr süß ist und mit der man spielen kann. Wir haben ein Loft gebucht, aber um ehrlich zu sein, wirken die Hotels in der Türkei alle sehr klein und niedrig. Der Bereich auf dem Foto sieht in Ordnung aus, aber in Wirklichkeit ist es sehr eng Wir waren immer noch nicht zufrieden und haben ein weiteres Zimmer für ein Upgrade auf eine Familiensuite gebucht.
Hygiene: Sauber und ordentlich, der Dekorationsstil ist einfach und hell.
Umgebung: Der Yachthafen und das Schloss sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Familiensuite verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf die Küste.
Service: 1. Sie helfen Ihnen nicht mit Ihrem Gepäck und es gibt keinen Aufzug im Hotel. 2. Wir blieben zwei aufeinanderfolgende Nächte und das Zimmer wurde mitten in der Nacht nicht gereinigt. Ich ging nach unten, um nach dem Müll zu fragen Taschen und Toilettenpapier mitten in der Nacht von der Rezeption holen; 3. Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer. Der Mülleimer ist sehr klein, was es wirklich schwierig macht, Müll wegzuwerfen. 4. Alle Hotelmitarbeiter sprechen Englisch, das dem Standard der Grundschule entspricht. Es wird empfohlen, im Voraus eine Übersetzungssoftware vorzubereiten, da die Kommunikation sonst schwierig wird. 5. Das Frühstück ist den Bewertungen zufolge sehr reichhaltig, aber nicht verfügbar, und am ersten Tag gingen wir ziemlich spät nach unten und standen früh auf Am nächsten Tag eilte ich nach Fethiye. Es gab keine Wurst/Käse/Pommes Frites zum Frühstück, also war ich nicht sehr zufrieden damit
Nach Hinzurechnung des zusätzlichen Geldes beträgt der Preis 500/Nacht. Ohne den Bonus der Stadtlandschaft wäre es sehr wertlos (Smiley).

PPakpichaThe aircon is not working. I asked them couples time to come and fix it but it didn't work. They said leave it for 5 mins then it will work but it is not on. Not sure what was going on. I also asked if someone going to come to fix it later. They told me they could not find engineer at this time. So the answer is I don't know. Luckily it wasn't a summer so I get by in the night. In the day you need to open your window to get some air. The room was ok a bit smaller than I thought. I almost could not open my luggage on the floor.

MM. JSchönes Hotel, hoch auf einem Hügel oben mit Blick auf die Bay. Schöne Gärten und Zimmer, die auf den Gärten geöffnet werden. Schönes Zimmer auch, wirklich sehr schön. Etwa fünfzehn Minuten zu Fuß zur Stadt, nicht zu weit, aber wenig entfernt. Es ist ein kleines Boutique-Hotel, so ist es in Bezug auf die Ausstattung begrenzt, es gibt kein Fitnessraum, aber der Pool-Bereich ist schön. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, sehr grundlegende Lebensmittelversorgung und es ist extra für Omelette oder Saft und der Kaffee war nur neskafe mit heißem Wasser, wirklich unter dem Standard und ich war überrascht darüber. Das war das einzige negative wirklich und etwas, das sie verbessern konnten. Aber im Allgemeinen genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt und die Umgebung war schön.

GGastnutzerWe were in Izmir when we decided to get a room in Çeşme and I booked this hotel trough Trip.com. It had best ratings and it came up 1st of the list. We didn’t think twice cos we are not keen in staying in hotels for our holiday as we like to travel around. So we didn’t expect anything wow for a 3 stars hotel. But to be honest we found the place charming, a cute family owned small hotel with a cosy veranda for breakfast, served every morning by polite staff. You don’t order anything but eggs, the rest comes fresh from the kitchen: olives, cheeses, watermelon, nuts, honey, tomato and cucumbers and other stuff as meze style. Rooms are small but cosy and clean with a side balcony facing the garden. That’s all we needed. The owner is a gentle person fluently in English and very helpful. We had a problem with hairdryer and a new one came in a minute. Location for us is the best part and that’s why we chose it. Literally 5 minutes walk from the beach, a nice side walk between villas and the cristal water shore. 5 minutes from the marina and all the bars, restaurants and beach clubs. You can just step out from the hall and stop a minibus (dolmush) with your hand. Can go to Alaçati or Cesme in 10 minutes for only 1 euro. If you not too fussy and want to spend few days in a good, clean, cosy and friendly environment we highly recommend to try Mon Ilica Otel.
