Kkaren.with.a.catSchönes Badezimmer und sehr geräumiges Königszimmer. Soundproofing ist ziemlich gut, nahezu viel Lärm von außen hören. Bett ist auf der weicheren Seite, aber noch hatte ein gutes Schlafen.

GGastnutzerEs ist mehr wie ein 4-Sterne-Hotel, aber nicht 5-Sterne. Es ist immer noch ein sehr gutes Hotel und wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Der erhitzte Dachpool ist ein Plus! Aber bei der Ankunft hat uns niemand mit unserem Gepäck unterstützt. Wir mussten sie alle alle selbst ins Zimmer bringen. Einige Einrichtungen fehlen im Zimmer, keine Zahnbürste, keine Baumwolle, Duschecke usw. Keine Glaswaren und keine Minibar im Zimmer. Es ist ein schönes Hotel, aber pls erwarten nicht einen 5-Sterne-Service und Einrichtungen.

FFria BolanHad a great stay, loved the rooftop heated pool and comfy rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There’s a small grocery store and shops right below and the location couldn’t be more central. Uber pulls up right to the front, highly recommend!

MMariaCFrom arriving at the hotel, my family and I felt super welcomed.
The hotel is beautiful and smells delicious. You get a free voucher for a drink at the roof top bar and a lovely jasmine smelling towel. These are some small but really nice touches. We had Lyon as the welcoming staff at the lobby, he is not only handsome but also very helpful and kind haha.
The hotel is REALLY well located near the malecón de miraflores, which is on the coastline. It is a nice place to jog in the morning or walk around. There are bars and restaurants nearby in a very lively street.
The hotel roof top bar has music and Latin nights Thursday to Saturday night, and I think it is open for adults 5-11pm. Kids can go before 5pm and enjoy the rooftop infonity pool. It is small but it has a lovely view.
The room we had was enough for 4 of us. We did not try breakfast but it looked nice.
The gym could be improved with some small additions. There are no yoga mats, dumbbells or kettlebells but one multi-purpose machine, and also a walking and bicycle machines.
Unfortunately I did not take too many pics, I am sharing the few ones I took.
I would definitely stay there again.

IIndhujaEverything! The location was right next to the cliffs and you can easily take a quick walk to the mall nearby and see the glorious sunsets. The breakfast at Intercontinental was also quite easily accessible and the spread was very delicious, albeit with a bit less variety than expected.
The staff were also very friendly in the reception and the breakfast area and they also went beyond their means to try and help us with a damaged luggage we wanted to fix (from somewhere nearby).
The room was very spacious and beautifully designed for ease of use and comfort. This was actually the first of so many hotels I've stayed in, to have a quiet room! The door opening and closing sounds from the outside actually felt dampened inside and we had a great sleep all 4 nights on the comfortably king sized bed.
Also used the high-quality, well-maintained gym, which had a stairmaster and the abductor machine! Will definitely choose this hotel another time.

TTimminsTotally shocked after 2 nights in this hotel. We checked in in evening and wanted to take a shower. But we didn’t have hot water in our room. After calling to reception service man came and told that we need to change room. Reception didn’t answer my calls.
Next day after we came from sightseeing some things disappeared from our room (coffee, cookies and invitation to drinks). During check out nobody helped us to get into the car with our luggage.
And we had only one slippers, one robe in our room. It’s 5 stars hotel! 😅

GGastnutzerEs wäre besser gewesen, wenn sie uns erlaubt hätten, im Restaurant zu essen und das Essen zu beantragen, das wir aus dem Restaurant mitgebracht hatten. Sie haben es nicht erlaubt und wir mussten auf Etage 6 gehen.
Dann ist das Frühstücksbuffet gut.

GGastnutzerAlles entspricht den Sheraton-Standards, das Zimmer ist sauber und zufriedenstellend und die Gestaltung außerhalb des Zimmers ist sehr interessant. Das einzige Problem ist, dass das Personal an der Rezeption immer überfordert zu sein scheint. Beim Ein- und Auschecken werden die Gäste gebeten, zu warten und herablassende Verachtung und Ungeduld zu zeigen.
