We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr angenehm und geräumig und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Es ist auch günstig gelegen, um andere Orte zu erreichen. Die Verfügbarkeit von Annehmlichkeiten wie einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner machte es uns leicht, während unserer Reise sauber zu bleiben. Der Dyson-Föhn war ausgezeichnet. Es wäre noch besser gewesen, wenn USB- oder Typ-C-Ladegeräte verfügbar gewesen wären. Insgesamt war es eine ziemlich gute Erfahrung. Vielen Dank!

The Hotel located nearby downtown and opposite turf club, which are quite convenience but not a walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but not too far away if you took a taxi/Grab. Service was great and the check-in/check-out process was quick but is required to pay a fee of RM3 upon check-in which is applicable throughout the state of Perak as informed. Room was assigned on the highest floor, 10th floor and the room was cleaned but could be cleaner, and no bottle of water supplied in the room, but guests could get drinking water though the dispenser near the lift at each floor. Affordable price compares to other hotels within the city with its location, services and amenities. A great place to stay.

It is clean and spacious unit and next to Lost World! In the unit there's water filter for drinking, washing machine (no detergent tho). Although I didnt go to the attraction, this is a good location for those who are going. I had was given 2 car parks. Check in and out directions is clear too! Extra plus point is the plushy pillows and extra large bed!! Great view too. (Aside from the construction ongoing, the hills are just right beside me!!

The location was superb, jus walking distance from the water park. Very convenient for family travellers. However the check in time is at 3pm, so we only check in after we were done with the water park. The unit is spacious for 4 of us. 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. They provide water dispenser and a fridge too. However, the air conditioning were not serviced. They were dusty so my husband has to wash the filters himself. The fans were dusty too. Black chunky thick dust flew on our beds when we on the fan. The pillows were too soft, finding it hard to sleep well. If they can improve on these small details, it would be a good stay.

The overall experience from checked in and the conversation with the support is good. Information given is sufficient too. I didn’t park at multi storey car park, end up just to pay extra parking at visitor parking and no need to round up to multi storey car park. Only aircond at living hall need to improve the cold, seem not cold even on for few hours. The rest are good. Sofa got some dirt with the dust and some biscuits. Not well clean. Definitely will recommend to friends.

The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Aber die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Das Zimmer roch auch nach Feuchtigkeit und Abwasser und Zeit. Insgesamt war es für einen Zwischenstopp mit dem Auto für eine Nacht angemessen. Aber mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war gut, außer dass die Lage nahe der Autobahn ist und wir konnten nicht gut schlafen wegen des lauten Verkehrslärms. Suggerieren Sie, Lärm-Annullierungsfenster für das gesamte Zimmer installieren. Sonst wird der Aufenthalt nicht angenehm und wird Ihr Geschäft beeinflussen. Für Ihre Betrachtung pls.
