Love the hot spring facilities offered by the hotel, especially when you get to enjoy a private hot spring and pool in the villa! And regardless of where your villa is located, there’s buggy service available 24/7. Yoga among nature was also amazing. A really nice place to relax within nature. HOWEVER, as a luxury resort, I was disappointed with the check-in service. Firstly, there wasn’t a clear indication of where the reception/lobby was, so our driver ended dropping us at the carpark. Once we were within the lobby area, it took a while for the staff to actually welcome us. Unlike the check-in service we saw another family receiving later in the day when they were dropped off at the main lobby, we immediately felt the difference. Btw, the resort should really consider lighting the direction into the lobby at night. Most of our private hire drivers have pointed poor signage/lighting to the lobby. Next, the jungle walk group was too large with only one guide. We could barely hear what the guide was saying at the back, so yes it was merely a walk for us.

Zuerst möchte ich mich über die Kissen des Hotels beschweren. Sie haben ein katastrophales Design. Wer war so schlau, diese Kissen zu kaufen und tatsächlich darin zu schlafen? Es sind die schlechtesten Kissen, auf denen ich in all meinen Geschäftsreisejahren je geschlafen habe! Ich empfehle dringend, sie auszutauschen!!! Als Nächstes möchte ich das Frühstück loben, denn es ist großzügig und das Geschirr wird schnell nachgefüllt. Grab-Taxis sind schnell, und es gibt ein Einkaufszentrum in der Nähe, was das Leben angenehm macht. Aber die Kissen waren ein Albtraum!

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr angenehm und geräumig und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Es ist auch günstig gelegen, um andere Orte zu erreichen. Die Verfügbarkeit von Annehmlichkeiten wie einer Waschmaschine und einem Trockner machte es uns leicht, während unserer Reise sauber zu bleiben. Der Dyson-Föhn war ausgezeichnet. Es wäre noch besser gewesen, wenn USB- oder Typ-C-Ladegeräte verfügbar gewesen wären. Insgesamt war es eine ziemlich gute Erfahrung. Vielen Dank!

The Hotel located nearby downtown and opposite turf club, which are quite convenience but not a walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but not too far away if you took a taxi/Grab. Service was great and the check-in/check-out process was quick but is required to pay a fee of RM3 upon check-in which is applicable throughout the state of Perak as informed. Room was assigned on the highest floor, 10th floor and the room was cleaned but could be cleaner, and no bottle of water supplied in the room, but guests could get drinking water though the dispenser near the lift at each floor. Affordable price compares to other hotels within the city with its location, services and amenities. A great place to stay.

Die Zimmer waren großartig. Kann die verlorene Welt von Tambun vom Balkon sehen. Die Kochgeräte sind zur Verfügung, aber keine Küche erlaubt. Der Hot Spring Pool ist großartig und die Kinder genießen es. Lage ist zentraler, um die meisten Orte innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten Fahrt zu gehen. McDonald’s und Kaffeebohnen & Teeblade sind in der Nähe. Insgesamt genießen wir es wirklich ....

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

Recently stayed at The Cove Hillside in Ipoh, Perak, and it was an exceptional experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay with a stunning natural backdrop, this is the place to be. The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills. Apartment Features: The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather. Service: While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Amenities: One of the standout features of The Cove Hillside is the range of amenities. The infinity pool is absolutely breathtaking, offering sweeping views of the surrounding hills. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center is well-equipped with modern machines and free weights, great for staying in shape. There’s also a barbecue area that can be reserved for gatherings, which adds a nice touch for family or group stays. Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sie können zu vielen berühmten Restaurants in der alten Stadt Ipoh gehen. Alle nicht mehr als zehn Minuten, sehr bequem. Das Haus ist sehr groß und das Bett ist komfortabel. Aber der Geruch aus der Abwasserstraße ist sehr stark und extrem unbehaglich. Es half, wenn Sie die Toilettentür schließen. Nicht viel Klangfest, man kann andere Gäste beim Gang und Chat hören. Es kann ziemlich laut am Morgen und Nacht, wenn Menschen durchlaufen. Das Design des Autoparks ist ein Albtraum. Es ist achtzig - wirklich schwierig, wenn Sie das Auto bis zum Niveau 7 in einem gehen. Das Managementteam ist ziemlich näher zu erreichen. Sie sammeln RM300 für Schadensdeposition durch Kreditkarte. Und wird in 1-2 Tagen nach Ihrem Auscheck zurückkehren. ( Ich habe nicht geprüft, ob ich die Rückgabe erhalten habe).

Buched hier, weil mein Mann an der Veranstaltung in der Nähe teilnahm. Für mich ist dieses Hotel überbewertet, sauber ist weise viel zu verbessern. Sieht nicht wie neu renoviert / renoviert. - Wand: Mold - Toilettendusche: Mold - Licht : entledigt - Plug : weit vom Bett entfernt, die nächste Plug Spannung nicht stabil, kann überhaupt nicht belasten. - Sofa: Old. - Vorhang über dem Bad: nicht funktioniert - window : dirty - Soundproof : schlecht Insgesamt würde ich nur 2 Sterne bewerten. Zahlte rm200/night+- für dieses Zimmer, wahrscheinlich nicht nächstes Mal für mich.

Die Lage war großartig und ein ziemlich instagramtauglicher Ort. Das Hotel wurde aus einem alten und verfallenen Gebäude umgebaut. Das industrielle Innendesign verlieh ihm Charakter. Aber die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Das Zimmer roch auch nach Feuchtigkeit und Abwasser und Zeit. Insgesamt war es für einen Zwischenstopp mit dem Auto für eine Nacht angemessen. Aber mehr würde ich nicht empfehlen.
