The instructions given was easy too follow fort checking in. The unit was well presented and it was clean & cozy. The amenities were all in good working condition. The air-conditioning was good too.. They were also fast in responding.. We would definitely be back again for this unit.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und eine gute Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. 😊 Der Onsen Pool ist schön. Allerdings schien es ein Problem mit dem heißen Wasser im Badezimmer, so dass wir nur kaltes Wasser hatten.. Aber sicherlich ein guter Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen! (:

I found this place through Xiaohongshu and decided to give it a try. Personally, I feel it might be a little overrated. We chose the room type on the lower floor, and the room felt quite small. For a similar price, there may be other options that offer more space. I also noticed quite a bit of dust in different areas of the room. As someone with a sensitive nose, it wasn’t very friendly for me as I kept sneezing during the stay. The bathroom was fine when it was dry and there wasn’t much smell. However, after taking a shower, there was quite a strong odor that became noticeable and a little uncomfortable. The small courtyard area is nice for photos, but there were ants and quite a lot of spider webs, which made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. On the positive side, the dessert and breakfast were very nice. The breakfast portion was generous and the welcome dessert was also lovely. Overall, I hope more attention can be given to cleanliness and maintenance, as it would definitely improve the experience.

Ich hatte eine Suite mit drei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Sie war geräumig, sehr sauber und bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Freizeitpark. Alles war perfekt, bis auf das defekte Bidet im Badezimmer – aber das war kein großes Problem. Der Self-Check-in und -Check-out verliefen dank der klaren Anweisungen problemlos. 10 Sterne!

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Location and view is good as it facing the lost World. Got water filter is a plus point. The check in process is kind of complicated. Should state out clearly, as this condo arrmagemetn is slightly diff Then other condo. Usually need to use QR code scan in the guard house only can go to lobby to pick up the key. But this place is different. It is a separated area. Furthermore, I don’t know why the security guard outside the mailbox need to take again my info, like my ic/license, my tel no and etc.. It suppose using the QR code is sufficient. Parking actually got 2 not 1. If you have visitor coming in, owner will say park at G floor, but security actually don’t let visitors to park. Is very complicated and messy… They need to take our deposit by bank in to the owner. This is the first time I face this. And more than 24hours still not yet refund, after ask for twice only owner refund without send a simple message.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

Pros: Beautiful scenery, fresh air, and a great place to relax with family or friends. Even though it’s surrounded by nature, the Wi-Fi was surprisingly good. Cons: The room didn’t provide any bath and the shower water pressure was inconsistent. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. The food was good, but a staff member only allowed me to take one small piece of Ayam Merah, saying there were 45 guests and they had to limit portions. My friends and I were confused, if it’s a so call buffet style breakfast, why limit how much guests can take? When we left around 9:30 AM (near the end of breakfast), there was still plenty of Ayam Merah left. I also think it would be a nice touch if staying guests could enjoy activities like the flying fox and cave exploration for free or at least receive a more worthwhile discount comparing to visitors. Considering the room rates, it was disappointing that guests only saved a little only(about 10-20) compared to walk-in visitors. The jacuzzi area was also a little disappointing. With some improvements and better maintenance, I think it could become a much more attractive feature of the resort. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with lots of potential, but there are several areas that could be improved to better match the price.

The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

I needed a place to stay for a quick business trip, and Hotel Pulai was perfect. The location was convenient for the place I needed to go. The prices were affordable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Plus, free parking was a great bonus.
