Nice place to spend a day with your family. Keep toilet doors closed to minimise noise levels during the day. Tea break is a good one for matcha lovers. For non-matcha options, the yuzu drink is a refreshing choice. Breakfast was great, enjoyed it and was a good way to wrap up the trip.

Ich hatte eine Suite mit drei Schlafzimmern gebucht. Sie war geräumig, sehr sauber und bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Freizeitpark. Alles war perfekt, bis auf das defekte Bidet im Badezimmer – aber das war kein großes Problem. Der Self-Check-in und -Check-out verliefen dank der klaren Anweisungen problemlos. 10 Sterne!

Nice place with superb surroundings. The swimming pool, canopy walk, gym and common area are well maintained. The house is also very clean and spacious. Recommended to those who like peaceful and quiet stay.

A great stay for my family. The unit is clean and spacious enough for us. 1 parking slot is provided and it is near the lobby. Check in was easy too. Owner was quick to response to my questions and requests. The kettle was malfunctioned and they give us another the next day despite it’s a weekend. My boy had so much fun at the playground and swimming pool. Will come again if there’s a chance.

I ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

Ich hatte einen allgemein angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hausaufenthalt. Die Einheit war sauber, gut gepflegt und komfortabel. Die Lage ist auch bequem, mit einfachem Zugang zu den benachbarten Einrichtungen. Ein besonderer Verweis auf die Sicherheitsbeamten, die außergewöhnlich freundlich und willkommen waren, was die Gesamterfahrung noch besser machte. Es gibt jedoch ein paar Bereiche, die verbessert werden könnten. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war extrem niedrigso viel, so dass es die Dusche ziemlich schwierig und unkomfortable machte. Zusätzlich, für eine Zweibetteinheit, wurde nur eine Zugangskarte gegeben. Dies war ziemlich ungünstig, da die Karte nicht nur zur Einreise in die Einheit, sondern auch zur Verwendung des Aufzugs erforderlich ist, was es für mehrere Gäste schwierig macht, sich frei zu bewegen. Insgesamt, während der Aufenthalt in vielen Aspekten bequem und angenehm war, würde die Behandlung dieser Fragen die Gästeerfahrung erheblich verbessern.
