If you're looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay with a stunning natural backdrop, this is the place to be. The apartment complex is situated on a beautiful hillside, offering panoramic views of Ipoh’s lush greenery and limestone hills.
Apartment Features:
The apartment I stayed in was spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had an open-concept layout that combined a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook. The kitchen had all the essentials—fridge, stove, microwave, and even a washing machine, making it perfect for longer stays. The living room had a large flat-screen TV and comfy seating, creating a great space for relaxation. The bedroom was cozy with a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom had a clean, modern feel with a spacious shower and high-quality amenities. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially with Ipoh’s warm weather.
Service:
While staying at The Cove Hillside, I felt like I had the best of both worlds—privacy and comfort, but with access to excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering quick check-in/check-out and always willing to help with any requests. Housekeeping was efficient, keeping the apartment spotless during my stay. They also provided helpful information on local attractions, making it easy to explore the area.

Plus, the complex is gated with 24-hour security, so I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay.

KKar LingThe hotel was in a nice location. Lots of food near by. Has a private carpark which was a good plus. The room was spacious for 1 person. Toilet was clean and Had hot showers too. Just the wifi was not very reliable. Otherwise happy with my stay.

BbhchongI had a truly pleasant stay at this unit! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing trip. The host’s service was outstanding from the beginning, always responsive and helpful with any questions.
What truly impressed me was how the host handled a situation where I accidentally left a personal item behind after check-out. Their prompt response, clear communication, and the effort they took to locate and arrange the return of the item showed great professionalism and genuine care. It’s rare to experience such thoughtful management, and I’m really grateful.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free and well-managed stay. I would definitely come back again!

TTerence Yong RenThe property is a newly built bungalow just beside a hill and a temple. there are plenty of local foods around within a few minutes of walking distance. the check in check out is very simple, and the host and caretaker are friendly. since it's slightly further out from the city, the air is fresh especially so because we are beside one of the big hills.
One downside: at night, there will be a low pitch humming, which I presume is the pump running for the water tanks. it didn't bother me, but soundproofing could be improved for the rooms.
there's enough parking at the property or beside it for about 6-7 cars, so no issues there.

AAnonymer Benutzer2 rooms, 4 pax, 1 toilet. Toothbrush, toothpaste not provided, bring your own. Shampoo provided feels the same as the body wash which ends up leaving the hair extra dry. Bring your own toiletries if you’re staying here! Location wise is good, easy to get a grab around. There’s a nearby ecosave that you can get water and snacks from. It’s also the only building that stands out at its location, being at a height of 20+ stories? Attached the view from the apartment! Very easy to contact the owner and easy to find the mailbox to get the key cards out. Didn’t explore the facilities like the swimming pool etc cos no time. Wouldn’t mind staying there again!

___XHI needed a place to stay for a quick business trip, and Hotel Pulai was perfect. The location was convenient for the place I needed to go. The prices were affordable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Plus, free parking was a great bonus.
