Los Palmares has a large open air palapa that operates as an oceanfront dining restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch until 3:00p.m. The restaurant will even bring your food and beverage poolside or deliver it to the condo. Casa Mis Rocas is an exclusive ocean front villa perched on the cliffs just outside of Puerto Vallarta. Our chef and staff have accumulated over one hundred 5-Star reviews. The house overlooks the Bay of Banderas (PV) and is ranked one of the top villas in Mexico. Mis Rocas is a contemporary styled home with 22-foot vaulted ceilings, with breathtaking ocean view bedrooms, amazing infinity pool, perched on the Mismaloya cove. The house has been recently renovated and effective February 2020, are opening up four more bedrooms on 2 newly constructed lower levels. We will now have 9 bedrooms (with 11-12 beds) and over 12,400 sq ft of living space. Depending on the season, our guests should expect to catch daily glimpses of whales, sea turtles, dolphins, sea lions, manta rays, and schools of various tropical fish swimming near the house. The bottom level of the home has stairwell which allow you to have access to ocean level views. There is a landing and covered terrace and fire pit.The house was expertly constructed of brick, stone, marble, and granite. The architect was known for creating rooms with huge copulas that allow you to hear as if you were in an amphitheater. Each floor of the house was laid out with an open air feel to capture both the sun and sea breeze. There are floor to ceiling glass windows and doors which are often left open to catch the sight and sounds of the waves crashing down below.The list of amenities include: fully equipped fitness room, large infinity pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 bars, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen, numerous outdoor sitting areas, fire pit, private covered terrace ocean level. All levels of the home are accessible via the elevators except the bedrooms on level 4. The main level is the where most of the action happens because it has the kitchen, dining room, several large terraces, entertainment room, pool, main bar (which includes commercial margarita machine) and hot tub. In general the house is spacious and elegant, the perfect get-away from the stress of life. We would be happy to host families, reunions, weddings, bachelor(ette) parties and corporate retreats. We offer a complimentary staff which includes a cook, maid, maintenance, and property manager. Our chef is internationally trained and provides breakfast, snacks for lunch, and dinner. This service is complementary and the guest are only ask to consider tipping the staff if they exceed your expectations. The kitchen amenities include beautiful rosewood cabinets, Viking refrigerator, Wolfe range, and Bosch dishwasher. We have almost every kitchen appliance needed to make anything from simple quesadillas to gourmet meals.Almost all the bedrooms have TVs. The master suite features a recessed TV (which we never use unless its raining), sumptuous spa, master bath built for two, and private terrace with ocean view. The junior suite also features a recessed TV and includes a kitchenette. The back of the villa opens to a stone terrace with a sitting area, a row of chaise lounges for sunbathing and a heated infinity pool, all perched above the ocean. Follow the steps down to another terrace and lounge area and the man-made beach. A dining area, wet bar and barbecue round out the outdoor living areas. Inside, the property has cable TV and Wi-Fi. We have ceiling fans and air conditioning for your convenience and comfort. Please note that electricity in Mexico is very expensive. For economic and environmental reasons we have individual high efficiency air conditioners. If you leave your room please turn the AC and understand the staff is required to turn if off when your not in the room. Casa Jade is a 6-bedroom, 8,500 sq ft luxury oceanfront Villa. It is nestled between the tropical forests surrounding Puerto Vallarta's South Shore and the PV Bay. Casa Jade is built into the granite foothills of the Sierra Madre mountains. It is a great place to relax, enjoy the water, find adventure or simply sit back and relax enjoying the wildlife and great hospitality. Once you cross the threshold of the front door, you will immediately understand why we fell in love with our home. Jade has amazing 180-degree views of the PV Bay, Los Arcos Marine Sanctuary, and downtown PV. The house name was given because of the color of the clear blue water in the summer. From almost any vantage point of the house, you will have a clear view PV Coast. As you move between various levels of the home, you will begin to appreciate the architect's concept of bringing in the sights and sounds of the bay into every room.Casa Jade has a full kitchen with new appliances, 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, 7.5 baths, and sleeps 16 comfortably. It has 7 terraces, 2 pools, a jacuzzi tub (in the master) a large gazebo/palapa sitting area, 2 bars, a waterfall, an entertainment area, and an outdoor kitchen/grilling area. We have a total of 10 beds, 1 pullout, 2 inflatable queen beds, and several couches. There is a large master bedroom on the top floor and a junior suite on the bottom. The master bedroom is on the upper level and has its own large sitting area, walkout terrace, and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi is made of beautiful green marble and custom-built for the space. The master and junior suite cover the entire floor, both have couches, sitting areas, and walkout balconies. The junior suite is found on the lowest level of the house. It has an extra twin bed and a pull-out couch. Each of the balconies has amazing views with teak tables and chairs so you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sun setting. The other bedrooms include a loft apartment on the front side of the house with its own kitchenette, sitting area, couch, and queen bed. Just a few steps up from the entry-level of the home is a large bedroom with a king bed. This room is the only one with a view of both the mountains and the ocean. Downstairs there are two identical bedrooms each with two twin beds that can be converted into king-size beds. These rooms share a walkout balcony and are ideal for kids. Pools and outdoor decks: There is an infinity pool on the second level and a larger heated pool on the bottom floor. The pool on the bottom deck pool literally hovers over the water. The infinity pool is equally impressive because inside the pool all you can see is the ocean down below. We have a large area near the pool that we just added on that has an enormous Palapa covering it. Its a great place to sit and read or relax away from everyone else. It also has the best view of the Los Arcos marine sanctuary. Los Arcos is a favorite spot for snorkeling and kayaking. Los Arcos (The Arches) are tiny mountains that have had channels cut through them by the ocean waves. In some tours you are able to kayak or float through them.Patios, Decks, are Terraces: If you are a fan of sunsets then this is where you will want to spend your evenings. They all have sitting areas and as you can see in our posted photos, are a great place to relax and enjoy the views in the evening. Also, because of the trees and mountains, there is very little light pollution so at night you have a crystal-clear view of the stars and planets. This area of PV is unique because on one side the homes are ocean front and on the other is a tropical forest on the other. Two famous movies were shot within 2 miles of our home. Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton made PV famous with the Night of the Iguana. Also, the movie Predator was filmed a short distance from our house so if you have seen the movie, you have a clear understanding of the forest and lush tropical areas surrounding the house. Puerto Vallarta is well known throughout the US and Canada as one of the most exciting and safest tourist destinations in Mexico. The beaches, restaurants, clubs, golf courses, and casinos all cater to the needs of visitors.
