Bachi da Seta befindet sich direkt neben der Hauptvilla und es gibt insgesamt drei Ferienwohnungen sowie ein paar Bed&Breakfast-Zimmer. Das Interieur dieser Ferienwohnung besteht aus antikem und elegantem Mobiliar. Der Hof ist von einem herrlichen Garten umgeben, der über eine lange Allee mit hohen Kiefern zu erreichen ist. Das ursprüngliche Haus stammt aus dem 16. Jahrhundert. Der Hof gehörte früher der katholischen Bruderschaft von San Giovanni und Rocco. Heute werden auf dem Bauernhof Getreide, Sonnenblumen, sowie Wein angebaut und zusätzlich Olivenöl hergestellt.
