A terraced garden with lawns, fruit trees and rockeries surrounds the house and leads up to the pool area, set 25m/80 feet from the house. The broad lawn with oleanders leads down towards a paved terracotta terrace with a private large swimming pool, 6x12m/20x40 feet, loungers for sunbathing and a gazebo for reading or siestas in the shade. GROUND FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, sitting room with fireplace, both of which air-conditioned & with mosquito nets. Der große Pool befindet sich in Panoramalage unterhalb des Hauses, nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt. Der Pool ist 12 x 6 m groß und hat zwei Tiefen: 1,20 m und 1,40 m. Er ist innen mit PVC verkleidet und nachts beleuchtet. Eine römische Treppe führt ins Wasser. Der Rand ist aus Travertin. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mit Sonnenliegen, Liegestühlen und einem Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Neben dem Pool befindet sich eine Außendusche. In der Nähe des Pools befindet sich ein großer Pavillon mit Tisch, Stühlen und einem bequemen Sofa. Der Bereich ist komplett beleuchtet.
