It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

Ich hatte meinen ersten Aufenthalt in Indien und habe mich mit meinem Vater für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es kein vergleichbares Hotel gab, welches außerdem noch eine Pancha-Karma-Kur angeboten hat. Das Hotel und die Anlage sind absolut schön und mir fällt kaum etwas ein, was *** noch verbessern könnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kümmert sich sehr gut um die Gäste und geht auch auf die Wünsche der Gäste ein. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Ayurveda Behandlungen waren auch super. In einer Pancha-Karma-Kur bekommt ***, wenn gewollt, eine entsprechende Ayurveda-Diät der Ärztin. Wir hatten eine sehr engagierte und sehr bemühte Ayurveda Ärztin. Schade war, dass die Umsetzung im Club Bereich teilweise falsch erfolgte. Manchmal wurde mir das Essen meines Vaters gereicht und andersrum, teilweise mussten wir auch etwas länger auf unser Essen warten. Außerdem wurde 2 Mal nur ein Teil gebracht, von dem was wir bekommen sollten und 1 Mal wurde etwas ganz falsches gebracht. Dies kann natürlich dazu führen, dass der gewünschte Erfolg der Kur ausbleibt. Daher empfehle ich, immer nochmal auf den Plan zu schauen und zu kontrollieren, ob das richtige Essen gereicht wurde. Sofern das Essen nicht dem eigenen Geschmack entspricht, kann *** in Absprache mit dem Ayurveda Arzt auch Veränderungen des Essen Plans vornehmen. Ein großes Lob möchte ich an dieser Stelle an den Yoga-Lehrer aussprechen. Er gestaltet den Unterricht so, dass er auf die Leiden des Einzelnen eingeht, die Übungen zunächst sehr einfach gehalten sind und auch Anfänger gut teilnehmen können. Ich habe innerhalb der 2 Wochen einen riesen Mehrwert dadurch gehabt und habe eine sehr gute Weiterentwicklung meiner bisherigen Kenntnisse erlebt.

Schönes zeitgenössisches Hotel, sehr gute Lage,Ausgezeichnete Einrichtungen, Frühstück und Service exemplarisch. Anmerkungswerte Punkte:inhaus schnell Waschservice,inhaussalon,spa. Fitnesszentrum war weitgehend ressourcenreich. Das Frontbüropersonal, Hauspflege waren alles großartig. Namen zu erwähnen Shaila Shaleem Rajesh Prasob Viele andere im Frühstücksrestaurant, die ausgezeichnet waren. Service ist, was es funktioniert.

Sie können die Essenz von Kerala fühlen. Große Gastfreundschaft. Saubere Zimmer. Gut ausgestattete Fitness. Ein perfekter Ort, um sich zu entspannen und genießen nahe gelegene Strände und Tempel. Sie können südlich indische Cousins mit anderen nordindischen Cousins Optionen und viele Süßigkeiten zu verbringen.

No welcome drink which set the tone for bad start. Went for a quick lunch to Mynt before a pre booked city tour and there was nothing quick about it. Ordered ala carte and even though we were told sandwiches could take 20-25 min, we ordered them with time to spare only to be disappointed with one arriving after 35 min and the other as we were ready to leave. This had to be packed as a takeaway. Return to the room after being out to find that there was no turn down service and no replenishment of room supplies. Called to request items and it took 3 calls and more than 1 hour to receive. I am still here for one more night, together with our elderly family members and I can only hope that someone sees this and makes some substantial changes to help redeem our holiday. The only positives so far was the door men, luggage porter at entrance, bell hop and in-person front desk. We did receive a complimentary snack at lunch but would have much preferred a quicker service.

Die Umgebung ist gut, der Service ist herzlich, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und die Preise sind angemessen. Wir hatten ein Abendbuffet für ca. 60 RMB und die Gerichte waren reichlich. Es ist auch zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und einen Aufenthalt wert.

Ausgezeichnete Pflege, zum Zeitpunkt ich buchte ohne Zahlung ich rufe einfach das Hotel für die Bestätigung .Astonishing die Bestätigung haben gemacht.I bin erst kommen, so dass ich sehr zufrieden und auch danke von meinem ❤️

Be its a group of Friends or Family you get to enjoy the space ,luxury and the amenities that we find it hard to get in a normal room, Casa In allows us to unwind ourself in their retreat. Super friendly staff makes you feel at Home all the time and the location makes it easy to access to any part of Trivandrum. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner of the hotel well-maintained and spotless. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. They also allowed a 2 hours early check-in when i reached since they had the room available. I also had the opportunity to get their full body ayurvedic oil massage which was really great and comforting.
