The hotel cares a lot about the overall aesthetics, the smell, the little details, they pay special attention to the selection of furniture and decor.

Wonderful stay! Not far from the city center, the pools are nice and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast was so good and they even have live musician playing for dinner. Amazing, would definitely recommend to others! Bus station is just ten minutes away from the hotel. Very easy to get here from Agios Nikolaos station. The bus costs only 7.8€ from Héraklion city. Loved every single second of my stay!

To jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń hotelowych mojego życia, a od lat pracuję w hospitality business. Lokalizacja bajeczna, upgrade do wyższej kategorii pokoju - miła niespodzianka. Obsługa przecudowna, właściwie wszyscy, ale na specjalne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Maria z baru na 5 piętrze - wielka klasa, uśmiech i nienarzucająca się gościnność. Trzeba było się jej posłuchać, bo pyszny club sandwich, który zamówiliśmy na lunch, faktycznie wystarczyłby dla dwojga! Zawarty w cenie valet parking to absolutna rzadkość i to mnie również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Na pewno wrócimy.

Шикарный номер с большой террасой с видом на море, шикарное постельное белье, кофемашина, приветственное вино в виде комплемента от отеля. Так как отель расположен террасами на горе, то нужно иметь ввиду, что в любом случае придется немного перемещаться по лестницам, хотя в отеле и есть лифты (три уровня), также по территории можно перемещаться на электрокаре, водитель которых довозит в любую точку. Завтрак - 5* и великолепное обслуживание. Отличный пляж с баром и водными развлечениями, можно взять лодку в аренду без капитана. Так как уже несезон - цена просто шикарная для отеля такого уровня. С радостью вернулась бы еще раз

Elounda Alikes is on the water in the beautiful and quaint town of Elounda. The rooms are above average size with a decent balcony for 2 people. The AC was great as well as the bed. The full bar and restaurant on the property are great and available most of the day and night with friendly and helpful staff. The pool and loungers are comfortable and enjoyable. There are a few restaurants in the same street. It is a 10 minute walk to The Square for more restaurants, bars, taxi stand, boat tours and supermarkets.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. .

Der Strand ist klein, aber sehr gut, schöner weicher Sand, vor Wind, transparentes Wasser geschützt. Zimmer mit Bergblick haben nicht nur die Anlagen vor den Hotels , alle Berge sind durch die Buschen geschlossen , wenn Sie diese Kategorie von Zimmern fragen für den höchsten Stock buchen

Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Das Mädchen an der Rezeption ist eine echte Profi – sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit in jeder Hinsicht. Leider bin ich nur eine Nacht geblieben. Hätte ich das gewusst, wäre ich länger geblieben.

Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Lage zur Stadt und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich würde nicht empfehlen, das Standardzimmer, da es sehr klein und fühlte sich klaustrophobisch, wir versuchten, den Tag, an dem wir da waren, zu aktualisieren, aber sie wurden leider vollständig reserviert, da ein Paar mit zwei Koffer gab es keinen Raum irgendwie und sehr begrenzt Aufhängen des Raums so musste die Taschen auf dem Boden offen lassen und über sie klettern, um sich zu bewegen. Der Luftkon hatte aus ihm gewachsen und hinterließ den Raum schrecklich riechen. Wir hatten auch nur zwei Handtücher, die nur einmal alle drei Tage geändert werden, es wäre schön gewesen, einen Handtücher zu bekommen, so dass Sie nicht den einzelnen Handtücher für alles verwenden. Dies gilt auch für Poolhandtücher, die nur einmal alle drei Tage ändert werden. Ich denke, das Hotel würde von einer Gesamtfrischung, Malerei usw. und dem Pool, das häufiger gereinigt werden, auch wenn das Wasser klar war, es gab grüne Formen um die Seiten und die weißen Pool-Lounges. Ich würde nicht sagen, dass unser Zimmer 4 Sterne war, aber das könnte auf den größeren Zimmern basiert sein, die verfügbar sind.
