因為銀川非常非常意料之外的大暴雨，航班被取消，機場非常混亂，等了一個多小時行李後到酒店已經1點了。 很沮喪很無語，大包小包的，拿不上來，幸好幫我辦入住的小菇涼好像是叫李什麼（小李）幫忙説我幫你送你上去，然後她拖着推車一路幫我送上來，而且陪我聊天安撫我的鬱悶☹️ 因為很晚到，早上和酒店協商能不能晚點退房，實在是身體不舒服，頭昏腦脹（中年婦女體力不好tot），到前台問了下，前台程程菇涼聽了我的情況，立刻説沒事，讓我先上去休息。check out的時候問我怎麼樣，休息的還好嗎，能把每一位顧客記住，挺不容易的。 還有幫我打包紙箱的禮賓部小夥子，主動搬起來箱子我來打包，我理解他是覺得抱箱子重讓他來，我來撕膠帶，很細心，不知道你叫什麼名字，但感謝。 還有一位感謝，就是來這裏送快遞的郵遞員大叔，中國郵政的，看我要做個拎手的，二話不説，我幫你搞，誇誇誇一下子就做好了！真是個熱心人！ 總之，雖然銀川之行被一場大暴雨搞得航班飛不了，等了三四個小時，但依然被其他的人、事、景色治癒。沒拍酒店照片，發幾張旅照吧。

酒店的位置十分便利，周圍有許多餐廳、購物中心和旅遊景點。房間寬敞舒適，裝飾精美，設施齊全。床鋪非常舒適，讓我每晚都能得到良好的休息。 酒店的服務也非常出色。工作人員始終保持微笑，態度親切熱情，對客人的需求響應迅速。無論是前台接待、客房服務還是餐廳服務，都讓我感到非常滿意。 酒店的餐飲選擇豐富多樣，口味也非常不錯。早餐提供了各種美味的選擇，讓我每天都能充滿活力地開始新的一天。餐廳的環境優雅，氛圍舒適，是享受美食的好去處。 此外，酒店還提供了一系列的娛樂設施和活動，讓客人在閑暇時間能夠盡情放鬆和享受。健身房設備齊全，游泳池清澈乾淨，讓我能夠保持鍛鍊的習慣。

Excellent hospitality experience,expedient and courteous check in/out process. Lovely spacious room with well appointed features. Particularly loved the humidifier and possibility to open the room windows. Great Kempinski breakfast and beautiful pool. We will certainly be back.

We very much enjoyed our brief stay at JW Marriott in Yinchuan. A real highlight is the breakfast provided - a very wide selection with some local choices too. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would happily stay in the same hotel if visiting the area in the future.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem entwicklungsfähigen Teil der Stadt. Also, nicht viel um es herum. Aber das ist der einzige Nachteil. Es ist ein schönes und stilvolles Hotel. Der Service passte zur Qualität. Das Personal im Restaurant war außergewöhnlich. Ein besonderer Verweis auf Rain. Er half uns zweimal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir konnten nicht schwimmen, aber der Pool ist groß. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und würde gerne wieder bleiben.

Super comfortable stay and the location was great, lots of local restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were very helpful, would definitely return to stay again.

週四定的房，週五中午酒店客服就打電話詢問什麼時候過來？我説大概下午5點半，然後客服説他們會提前把空調打開，把房間幫我們熱着，又説看我們有沒有其他需求，可以告知他們。到了之後前台接待很耐心，又幫我們把行李推到客房。打開客房門真的有被暖到，屋子暖烘烘的，有歡迎水果，還貼心的送了泡腳桶。真的好感動。今天早上起來泡温泉，服務人員全部都面帶笑容，特別有禮貌。一樓的服務人員服務人員張巧霞，常金潤阿姨，服務特別熱情和及時，給我們倒茶，拿幹毛巾，服務的特別周到。泡完澡又到二樓三樓休息，二樓餐廳的飯很好吃，二樓有休息大廳，娛樂區，三樓的小童影院孩子特別喜歡，很舒適。三樓的服務人員高彬彬阿姨服務的也特別周到。真是一次美好的週末旅行，下次我們還來天沐小鎮❤❤❤

Das Zimmer ist gut, ich dachte, es war eine Waschmaschine, das Ergebnis war nicht, im Laden, sehr bequem, ruhig und komfortabel, die Kinder lieben es sehr, Silber-Schlauch ist wirklich ein guter Ort, das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker
