Das Wort ”Lazer” stammt aus dem Berg-Meerbuch, das heißt, ein schönes Land, das die Welt vergessen hat. Unter dem Berg Gülen ist es ein schönes Gefühl, das dieses Hotel von Innen und Außen bringt. Der gesamte Service ist die Art von Begeisterung mit einem kleinen Stil, sie werden nicht aktiv verfolgen, was Sie brauchen, nicht aktiv, Sie überall hinweg bringen, aber wenn Sie bitten, den Mund zu öffnen, werden sie alles tun, um es zu erfüllen. Ich kann nicht verlangen, dass es hier einen Standardservice für das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel gibt. Es ist mehr als ein Garten, der von einem Freund geöffnet wird. Sie sind hier. Sie geben Ihnen einen Schluck, die restliche Zeit, alles gehört Ihnen selbst. Das Hotel ist sehr bequem von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Hotel verfügt über ein eigenes Moschee-Restaurant und eine Weinfabrik. Es trinkt jeden Tag verschiedene Weine, nicht ein berühmtes Zeichen, aber sehr süß! Ob es sich um eine Reise von Eltern oder um eine komfortable Umgebung handelt, wird sehr empfohlen!

One of your receptionist by the name of Bosco is very helpful. His attitude and willingness to assist really makes a difference when it comes to choosing a hotel to stay. Thumbs up!

Hotel is new and luxurious, great location very central and dynamic neighbourhood yet bedroom is calm and I got good nights sleep. Special mention for the staff that is super friendly and warm! Nice people!

Wellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks. A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s very conveniently located, about a 10 min walk to the Drum Tower and the pedestrian shopping area, which includes lots of restaurants. There’s also a bus stop directly in front that is convenient to take for the museums. It’s an easy pickup location for didi and not far from many of the attractions that are in the outside of the city (about 35-40 min drive). The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the laundry facility was fabulous to have access to. The staff was outstanding (and the manager spoke a English!). They not only assisted us with recommendations, but we’re also helpful when we needed assistance regarding a package delivery we had. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely stay there if we came to Yinchuan again!

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt (vier Zimmer in zwei Zeiträumen) gründlich genossen und betrachten dieses als das erste Hotel in Yinchuan. Während unsere Familie unsere Zeit im Lounge schätzt, würden wir eine breitere Auswahl an Lebensmitteloptionen schätzen, um das prestige des Hotels besser widerspiegeln. Wir waren jedoch enttäuscht über die mangelnde Koordinierung bei unseren Zimmerarrangements. Trotz der Aufforderung zur Aufrüstung im ursprünglichen Buchung und der telefonischen Nachfolge konnte das Personal keine Einzelheiten oder Optionen liefern, ob bezahlt oder ergänzend. Für einen Aufenthalt mit vier Zimmern über fünf Nächte erwarteten wir einen proaktiveren Ansatz bei der Befriedigung solcher Anfragen. Außerdem fanden wir als internationale Gäste es schwierig, eine Kontakte-E-Mail zu finden, und unsere vorherige Bekanntmachung ging unantwortlich. Für ein Hotel dieses Kalibers ist ein verantwortungsvoller E-Mail-Kanal unerlässlich. Es wäre auch eine beträchtliche Verbesserung, wenn der Konzern proaktiv verwaltete Restaurantbuchungen; die Erleichterung der lokalen Reservierungen durch das Personal würde die Erfahrung für die von uns aus im Ausland besuchenden erheblich verbessern.

Der Raum ist groß und hell, das Licht ist sehr gut, die Atmosphäre ist einfach zu dekorieren. Das Bett ist weich und hart, die Isolierung ist sehr gut, die Nacht ist besonders ruhig und die Ruhe ist sehr gut. Die Wäsche ist getrennt von Trockenheit, die Qualität der Badewaschmittel ist auch gut, die Wohnerfahrung ist großartig. Außerdem berühmen Sie den Hallenpflegemanager.

Das Zimmer ist sauber, komfortabel und überraschend gut. Ich brauche ein solches Zimmer, wenn ich mit meinen Kindern ausgehe. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Das Mädchen an der Rezeption hat eine sehr gute Einstellung und die Ausstattung ist relativ vollständig.

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It's a four-star hotel, and the facilities are typical of such hotels in China - very good. The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.
