Love staying at the Cree and it is so convenient when there is an event on at The Venue! Yes, there is construction going on outside at the moment, but it did not affect the stay at all. The place is growing and I’m excited to see it when it’s done! The staff there is always friendly and kind. I felt safe there if I was by myself. The casino area, including restaurants , bathrooms are clean. The Venue is also well set up and clean. BIG WINNER: The beds are amazing… wish I could take one home with me, along with the pillows and comforter!! 😆.

Location and amenities were quite nice and it was a beautiful space to stay in. I just didn't appreciate the service front desk provided at check in with rigidity and misdirections.

Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in BW sehr viel, hervorragender Service, super freundliches Personal immer mit Lächeln, gemütliche und geräumige Zimmer, die einzige Seite unten ist die Abgasmaschine Sound, aber Sie finden einen Notiz in der Tracker mit Ohrschleifen, Ich habe sie nicht benutzt, weil ich es wie ein weißes Geräusch gewöhnt habe. Ich werde sicher wieder in dieses Hotel kommen, wenn ich Edmonton besuche. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit!

We had a lovely stay. They’ve set up the room as per request. There was a reasonably sized gym for working out, a jacuzzi and a swimming pool. We tried having dinner and the food was awesome, the ambience was just perfect. Even the breakfast was great, with lots of choices. To improve further maybe add more washroom kits, like toothbrush and toothpaste and extra towels. Please extend breakfast until 10am on weekdays for those who wake up late, and a lifeguard for the pool if there are kids around.

The hotel is ideally located to locations for downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton. The breakfast choice is very good for this standard of hotel. The rooms are spacious and general facilities are good such as gym and pool. There is no bar or food lounge but there are lots of restaurants nearby. What lets it down is that it is quite dated and looking a little wornout/tired. To some degree it is starting to look more Motel than Hotel and impressions are really important. In my view the rooms are in need of a modern renovation. Despite that I would stay again. I dont think it deserves the rating that it has on Trip.com and would put it at 7.5/10.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. It’s always clean, but the rooms are smaller compared to others in the same price range. The staff are friendly, and the location feels very safe—plus, it’s close to Walmart and plenty of food spots. Breakfast is average, but good enough to start your day.

Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Letztes Jahr hatten wir gute Erfahrungen gemacht, deshalb kamen wir dieses Jahr wieder, aber leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so gut. Der Grund für den schlechten Service war, dass am Abreisetag um 8:45 Uhr eine Mitarbeiterin des Reinigungspersonals an unsere Tür klopfte und fragte, wann wir auschecken würden. Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert. Es kam mir sehr seltsam vor. Normalerweise reicht es, vor 11:00 Uhr auszuchecken. Das war äußerst unprofessionell, und ich konnte es kaum glauben, dass es sich um das Hilton DoubleTree handelte! Wollte das Hotel uns etwa dazu bringen, früher abzureisen? Um die anderen Gäste während der Reinigung nicht zu stören? Ich verstehe nicht, ob das Teil der Mitarbeiterschulung war oder einfach eine gängige Praxis. Die Mitarbeiterin hatte Papier und Stift dabei, um die Auscheckzeit einzutragen. Auch die Zimmerausstattung war ungenügend. Es gab weder Mikrowelle noch Wasserkocher, das Telefon am Bett funktionierte nicht und der Föhn war kaputt (wir haben ihn später vom Zimmerservice ersetzen lassen). Positiv war: Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem, das Fenster nach Westen bot eine tolle Aussicht, die meisten Angestellten waren freundlich, das Frühstück war zwar nicht kostenlos, aber abwechslungsreich, und die Lage war gut, etwa 10 Autominuten von der West Mall entfernt.

Große zentrale Lage mit freundlichem Personal. Zimmer aufgrund der Mitgliedschaft Marriott kostenlos aktualisiert. Die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Fernseher hat Chromecast (noch eine Zeit einrichten). Schlafwasserdruck ein Tat auf der niedrigen Seite w/ Wassersparen Dusche Kopf. Parkiert am Oberflächenpark direkt neben dem Gebäude ($35/night, unterirdische Parkplätze sind ebenfalls verfügbar).

If the food is important on your stay, this is the place to be. The option to have 7-12 breakfast or to extend until 2:30 with brunch is fantastic because you can wakeup late or do any other activity then straight to the restaurant. Both options are delicious, well stocked and prepared to perfection. We tried both the early breakfast and the brunch. Based on the good experience, we decided to try the restaurant bar at night. Same story, good food. Another common thing you'll find is the hospitality and the good mood for every single staff. Is a well notice thing which sometimes is not common. The rooms are quiet and if you get in the upper level, the view can add an extra. We're in Edmonton usually two times a year. Definitely we'll come back here
