Hotels in Canberra mit Pool

We stayed over Christmas and it was lovely for the kids. They were welcomed with gift packs full of mini-games, not just the normal colouring papers and pencils. They also have a Christmas workshop set up way before Christmas. The room was very nicely decorated with ample of space for crafting and small table for some drinks. The only downside was that many things had been used up and not refilled as the workshop opened a few weeks before Christmas. They also served milk in the workshop room, but I had concerns that the milk was there from the morning for the whole day and that it was not kept chilled, which might not be good for the kids to consume. The receptionists were very friendly.

The location was fantastic (food options walking distance away), parking was readily available and sheltered (underground carpark), there's a small 24 hour gym though unfortunately the pool was close due to some maintenance issues. Ample power points and wifi connectivity was great. There were also free movies you could watch in your room too! Loved the service! The staff were attentive, timely and you can help yourself to snacks (including apples) at the front desk. Will definitely stay there again!

Wir reservierten ein Zimmer für drei Personen, aber zunächst fanden wir, dass das Zimmer nur zwei Sätze von Einrichtungen hatte, darunter Flaschen Wasser, Schläuche und Teebecher. Nachdem wir das Frontdesk angerufen hatten, wurde das Problem schrittweise gelöst. Es gab Spider-Webs außerhalb der Fenster, die uns davon abhalten, sie zu öffnen. Die Toilette machte gelegentlich ungewöhnliche Lärme, möglicherweise, wenn die Gäste in den benachbarten Zimmern flossen. Mein Vater ging schwimmen, aber der Schrank würde nicht öffnen, wenn er versuchte, seine sauberen Kleidung zu bekommen. Wir riefen den Front Desk für Hilfe. Ein Mitarbeiter kam endlich, aber die Interaktion fühlte sich ziemlich kalt und fehlte irgendeinen Sinn für Entschuldigung, trotz der Unannehmlichkeiten, die mein Vater erlebt hatte.

Ausgezeichnet, mit allen weißen Waren einschließlich Kleidung Trockner im Zimmer, Pool, Fitnessraum, Sauna sind alle in guter Zustand, aber die Tennisplatz und Tennisracket sind sehr schlecht..  Die Lage ist sehr günstig.

My wife and I spent 3 days at the Ramada-Diplomat while celebrating our 42yr anniversary We could not fault anything about the whole experience. The information desk staff were friendly and pleasant and all our requests ( meals, extra pillows,etc) were promptly actioned.

Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans. The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee. Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

The room was spacious and bed big and comfortable. The view was right to the pool area. The pool was heated nice and warm, big gym with great selection of equipment . The breakfast was good, but the coffee included was nothing special no barista coffee.

Ich freue mich auf eine baldige Rückkehr, um einen weiteren luxuriösen Aufenthalt zu genießen; das Personal ist unglaublich willkommen und aufmerksam.

Die Gesamterfahrung war gut. Ich habe ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern bestellt, bei dem es sich um eine Gemeinschaftstoilette mit zwei Schlafzimmern handelt. Bitte schreiben Sie es hier für alle, die bestellen möchten. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig, die Zimmer sind relativ sauber und ordentlich, die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind relativ vollständig und der Preis ist relativ hoch. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass es zu dieser Zeit ein Problem mit dem Wasserkocher im Zimmer gab. Es gab immer kein heißes Wasser im Bad, aber es wurde an die Rezeption gemeldet, in der Hoffnung, es so schnell wie möglich zu beheben.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, wifi, aircon and as a bonus they have a buffet breakfast. Great location with on-site parking included and the German pub right next door for dinner within walking distance
