Ipswich Town Centre (Quayside)

酒店位置非常好，地鐵，公交車就在門口，去所有地方都很方便。

距離: 車站及市中心分別十分鐘左右, 還算方便. 隔條馬路就是海邊 酒店: 酒店設施有點舊, 清潔度及服務尚算可以.

What a great hotel and the kitchen was being covered by Jack the duty manager and Ellie in the restaurant just a thing I could hear was jack whistling in the kitchen happy with his work and I was very impressed with the food he prepared and the service from Ellie so THANK YOU

I would avoid this hotel - They had overbooked and didn't have enough rooms for everyone. We wound up in the disabled room which didn't have a proper shower and the water kept going cold. Couldn't check in properly as all the self-service terminals were broken, so I have no idea if they took my license plate properly or I will get fined for using the car park. There was only one member of staff working check in during the busiest period which meant we had to wait ages to check in and in the end it was one of the restaurant staff who checked us in - Giving us a key and just telling us what room to go to. It was all really unprofessional and awkward. Not at all what I expect from Premier Inn to be honest.

My wife & I spent 3 nights in April in this PI. The room, breakfast and general facilities were very good. We usually find the PI staff helpful, however the helpfulness, friendliness and attention we encountered this time was second to none. Particular thank you to Hayden and Leanne. They could not have been more welcoming or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We are looking forward to our next stay in few weeks time.

The room revamp is great, everything is very fresh & clean and the rooms and bathrooms are so much better. What makes this Premier Inn brilliant is actually the staff. Every single team member is absolutely superb, helpful, friendly and kind.
