週末無錫自駕到蘇州西山島遊玩，挑了很久才挑選到這家民宿，庭院式的建築風格，原木風的大廳，比較可惜的是游泳池沒有開。拍照很好看很出片。離各個景區都很近。設施很新，智能馬桶+智能窗簾，衞生也很乾凈。位置很好找，離林屋洞景區很近，這裡能免費停車，有充電樁，還能給我的小滴滴充電。老闆很熱情很用心，訂完酒店沒多久就加了我的微信，還給我發了地圖和注意事項，早上準備了豐盛的早餐（九宮格的擺盤很精緻很漂亮），離開的時候還送了小禮物。在店裡給我們導遊路線，有什麼疑問或者需要幫助的時候，微信上跟老闆説一聲，就幫我們解決了。祝老闆生意興隆，下次來玩還選這裏！

Das Volk ist super. Wenn ich ins Zimmer bin, gibt es ein Gefühl der Familie, sauber, sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Der Geschmack des Frühstücksbesitzers ist ein kleiner Geschmack. TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

LLucianaBest hotel service throughout my trip in China this time! Hotel staff are really attentive, friendly and helpful.
They patiently answered my questions, helped me carry my luggage to the room, helped us book a grand canal boat trip (near the Confucius Temple) and drove us to the location and waited until we finish the boat trip and drove us back to the hotel.
No telephone in the room, so make sure to add the hotel wechat to communicate with staff.
They also helped me visit a silk mini museum/factory/store, since I wanted to buy a silk quilt (again they drove me to location, waited, and drove me back to hotel). Very happy, since I successfully bought a 5 pounds-weight silk quilt (equal to 2.5 kg of silk) for a good price! I've tried the silk quilt at home, very soft and comfortable, and had a very good night sleep.
In front of the hotel there is a road construction (government project), so when I left for airport, staff again drove me to the main street and waited until my didi car arrived.
As you can see in the picture, the hotel is really pretty. It was converted from a historical mansion. The hotel is next to pingjiang road, so don't be surprised if in the afternoon there are street photoshoots (girls in hanfu and photographer) in front of the hotel.
Bed was comfortable, and there is a wide sofa next to the window. The room is equipped with coffee machine, and there is an air purifying machine so you can drink water from the machine (can be set for warm, cold, or hot water). There is a mini refrigerator with beverages, mostly free for drink (milk, soda, water), while for beers need to purchase. They also gave a welcome fruit and biscuits in a basket. The room key was very pretty. Bathroom was divided into 3 parts (WC, wash basin, shower room) and also really pretty. When I left, they still gave me a packet of souvenir containing Suzhou's snack (nut, preserved fruit, biscuit, etc).
For breakfast, staff will ask your preference (chinese or western style). I chose chinese style and they provided noodle, pork, etc. Very delicious!
Staying in pingjiang road is very convenient. Many attractions are in walking distance (from several meters to 2 km), such as pipayu performance, kunqu museum, humble administrator's garden, etc. Many performances nearby in the afternoon and evening that you can choose.
Overall I really in enjoy my stay in this hotel. Will stay here again if I visit Suzhou in the future. Thank you!

There were some reviews on here complaining about the quality of the finishing. This is mildly true. there are small scuffs on wall. Small and doesn't detract from the stay.
The location is 15 min walk to shopping streets. Suzhou is flat so the walk is easy
Line 1 metro is 12 min walk away
There was some building noise due to a nearby shop doing some work, so we was offered an upgrade to a quieter room. This was nice and included a round bathtub. But even our standard smaller room had all the facilities and features listed above
New towels and such daily. Cleaned very well.
Andu in terms of features and facilities is comparable to Mecure, ManXin, Hilton. Maybe those places have slightly nicer finishes of material but considering Andu is almost half the cost, having a small mark on a wall is fine. Especially as everything you touch, tables, towels, sofa, shower, bed, floor are always super clean.
There are some general stores next door and the also sell fruit. Coffee shop opposite and a whole street of restaurants opposite.
The design of the public areas is great. Many hotels cheap out on this but it shows a level of care that this place had which is nice.
Rooms are designed well with chargibg points each side of the bed. Good lighting and blackout curtains
In our smaller room, there was a smell when you step into the room. But once you enter, after a moment, the smell is gone.
If you can get a bigger room, the one with bath, it's nicer.
Great service. every staff member greets you, helps with luggage, very attentive.

One of the best hotels Suzhou has to offer and perfect blend of traditional Suzhou architecture with modern design.
We loved our room and the staff were very helpful, gave us a late check out when I informed them my partner was suffering from food poisoning.
Plenty of amenities in the fridge and the hotel gym is one of the best I’ve seen in China let alone Suzhou.
We loved the breakfast as well as the bar that’s just around the corner from the lobby.
Can’t wait to come back to Suzhou and stay here again.

GGastnutzerNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

Leider ist das Hotel alt und die Zimmerausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist noch ungünstiger. Auf einer Etage befinden sich Hunderte von Zimmern, und die Eingänge befinden sich alle am selben Ort. Man kann sich bei der Zimmersuche leicht verlaufen. Die Gänge und Gänge in den Zimmern sind zudem eng, was das Zimmererlebnis nicht besonders angenehm macht.

Das Wichtigste war, dass ich beim Auschecken versehentlich etwas im Zimmer gelassen habe. Das Servicepersonal rief zur Erinnerung an und schickte es per Kurier. Vielen Dank auch! Ssherrychen3008Habe meine Kinder zum Übernachten ins Hotel gebracht, die Kinder waren sehr zufrieden, die beiden Kellnerinnen waren herzlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten waren bequem und beim Öffnen des Fensters war der Pingjiang-Fluss sichtbar. Morgens konnte man vorbeifahrende Ruderboote sehen und die Suzhou-Melodie des Bootsmanns hören. Bis zur Anlegestelle für Handruderboote sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuß und wenn man früh morgens losgeht, können zwei Personen ein Boot nehmen. Nach der Fahrt mit dem Handruderboot können Sie im 30 cm großen Garten auf der rechten Seite frühstücken.
Das Zimmer mit Flussblick liegt zur Straße hin, was etwas laut ist. Sie können die Melodien von Pipa Pingtan nicht hören. Die Zimmer in anderen Himmelsrichtungen sollten in Ordnung sein.
Wenn Sie morgens hier übernachten, können Sie den Menschenmassen aus dem Weg gehen und die Pingjiang Road, die Hälfte der Stadt Suzhou, aus nächster Nähe erleben.

GGallleyaDas ist das beste Hotel, das wir während unserer Reise nach China geblieben haben. Wir lebten in einem separaten Haus. Es ist ruhig und gemütlich dort. Der Klimaanlage arbeitet gut für Heizung.
