Das Parken ist auch bequem, es gibt Boden- und Untergrundsitze. Im Gegenteil des Hotels ist die Suzhou-Bibliothek, neben dem Busbahnhof, nach Suzhou-Standort ist es sehr bequem. In der Nähe ist die Zehner Straße, besonders junge Menschen, die eine Straße essen, die alle Ihre Bedürfnisse erfüllen kann.

Das kleine Hof ist im Schrank, sobald ich die Tür eintrete, ist ein sehr schönes kleines Hof. Im kleinen Hof ist besonders gut Fotos gemacht worden. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine Art von Blumen und Gras voll. Der Laden ist eine enthusiastische nordöstliche Schwester. Das Zimmer ist auch sehr groß. Es gibt sehr viele Merkmale der Innenausstattung und die Einrichtungen sind sehr vollständig. Lob!!!! Nächstes Mal wiederkommen

Ich war drei Tage in Suzhou und übernachtete am zweiten Tag des neuen Jahres in diesem Hotel (zwei Nächte gebucht). Es war sauber und hygienisch und es war bequem zu reisen. Das Hotel bietet auch Reiseführer an, was sehr gut ist ! Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz im Hotel (in Suzhou gibt es ein begrenztes Reisegebiet). Ich bin am Wochenende nach Suzhou gereist und habe diesen Laden über Ctrip gefunden. Nachdem ich die Bewertungen online gelesen hatte, wurde mir klar, dass die Fotos in den Bewertungen alle echt und sehr komfortabel und sauber waren. Dieser Laden liegt im Stadtzentrum und jetzt die Blumen Vor der Tür blüht es. Der Laden hat einen eigenen kleinen Innenhof, die Landschaft ist auch sehr gut, mit einer kleinen Brücke und fließendem Wasser fühlt man sich wie zu Hause sauber. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr warm und gibt den Menschen das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Das Servicepersonal ist freundlich und beantwortet gerne die Fragen der Gäste. In der Umgebung gibt es viele besondere Snacks und Attraktionen. Dies ist ein idealer Ort zum Verweilen und wird Ihnen auf jeden Fall wundervolle Erinnerungen hinterlassen.

First floor - people can see you if your curtains are open. They said the room is non-smoking but you can tell people have smoked in there . There’s an ashtray in the room next to the non-smoking sign . The irony . I read a review about bugs being in the room. I was hoping that was not going to happen to me . I was wrong . Saw a spider on the floor and a mosquito on the mirror . They left the window open before my arrival so it’s possible many bugs can enter. The bed is good . Water pressure from shower is excellent.

GGastnutzerWenn ich normalerweise meine Kinder mitnehme, achte ich bei der Hotelauswahl sehr auf Bettwäsche und Hygiene und wähle daher immer Hotels der gehobenen Kategorie. Dieses B&B verfügt über sehr gute Einrichtungen. Die Betten und Einrichtungen sind mit denen eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels vergleichbar. Es ist sehr komfortabel. Der Ladenservice ist sehr gut. Der kleine Hof ist sehr schön und gefällt den Kindern sehr gut. Für eine vier- oder fünfköpfige Familie wird die Unterbringung in dieser Zimmerkategorie dringend empfohlen.

品牌酒店，服務沒得説，還給升了房，停車什麼的也都很便捷，早餐也特別好，因為在高處，看着周邊風景，吃着可口的早餐，很是愜意。
房間很大，設施也很新，不錯的，電視特別棒，很符合時下年輕人的需求，歡迎水果也很不錯。
外賣選擇也很多，機器人送至門口，很方便，也很貼心。
前台的服務人員非常熱情，特別感謝一下，不管是早班還是晚班的人員都非常的nice，時間有點長了，名字或許模糊了，但非常認可你們的服務和態度，感謝你們的幫助，下次還會來入住。

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und das Servicepersonal ist herzlich und aufrichtig. Das Hotel ist rücksichtsvoll gegenüber seinen Kunden und bietet kostenlose Upgrades auf Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick und reichhaltigem Frühstück an. Im temperierten Schwimmbad sind meine Kinder sogar dreimal geschwommen und waren immer noch nicht zufrieden.
Das Resort ist am See gebaut, wobei die erste und zweite Phase miteinander verbunden sind. Das Restaurant Tongli No. 1 ist von Seen umgeben und bietet eine grenzenlose Landschaft.
Es werden viele Kleintiere gezüchtet und Kinder können mehr als eine Stunde im Kleintierparadies bleiben. Es gibt viele Freizeiteinrichtungen und der Sightseeing-Zug wurde dreimal gefahren.
Etwa 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es ein Kreuzfahrtschiff. Für 10 Yuan können Sie von und nach Xingluozhou im Zentrum des Tongli-Sees fahren. Obwohl Xingluozhou klein ist, ist die Landschaft im Inneren einzigartig, mit Pavillons und Pavillons.

RRobsterNot knowing Suzhou at all, I thought I had chosen a hotel to suit my needs for exploring the history whilst still being near the modern. This hotel is ideal for both. With a metro station (line 3) Shajinqiao, within a 10 minute walk, literally, just round the corner, and a taxi ride to either end of where I wanted to be costing me under 30RMB, this was an absolute gem of a find.
On arrival, the staff were very good and extremely helpful. I was checked in without any fuss, with the usual pandemic checks, travel codes, health codes and I showed both 48hr and 24hr covid tests.
The room was cosy, with excellent air-conditioning, a very comfortable bed and very clean. The toilet was intelligent, electronic and quite a novelty. It even warmed my posterior whilst sitting on it!
The hotel provides a kettle and 2 free bottles of water daily though there may at one time have been a mini fridge, it was not there on this visit. Breakfast is served at reasonable times with the last orders being done 10:30am. (11 am at weekends). It is a decent spread, predominantly Chinese food, rice, vegetables, meats with cooked-to-order eggs, porridge (Chinese rice style) and a cold buffet. There are delicious pastries, toast and fruit. Tea and coffee are available along with a varied selection of fruit juices. The restaurant is airy, bright and clean. Plenty of seating is available.
Room lighting was bright and cheerful but could be set to 'mood' which dimmed and made for a more intimate atmosphere.
On Didi App, the hotel does not come under Atour Hotel. You will need to search for Yi He Cha Can Yin Guan Li You Xian Gong Si.
At the time of writing, Suzhou was low risk. However, the recommendation was for Suzhou citizens not to travel and if they had to, to show a 48hr covid test. I had a bit of trouble with getting the app to work and thanks very much, eternal gratitude, to the wonderfully patient and supportive reception staff who all contributed, made phone calls and tried their best to get the app to work. Eventually, we succeeded. That is service and that was fantastic.

YYTZ23We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week.
Pros:
- Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn.
- The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake.
- There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too.
- Staff are generally friendly and helpful
- Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby.
- Hotel is affordable by international standards
- Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live
- We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals
- Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds.
Cons
- The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface.
- The property and facilities are a bit dated
- There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

Das Hotel ist großartig. Im Gegensatz zu den üblichen Fünf-Sterne-Ketten hat Dusit Thani einen ausgeprägten Resort-Stil. Das Hotel selbst ist ein großer Park mit einer angenehmen Landschaft, in der sich Villen mit geringer Dichte und dreistöckige Gebäude befinden, die in der wunderschönen Landschaft verstreut sind. Die Villa mit Gartenblick, in der wir dieses Mal wohnten, verfügt über ein eigenes Bad und einen kleinen Garten. Sie hat eine sehr hohe Etage und die Klimaanlage ist nahezu geräuschlos. Die Privatsphäre und der Komfort sind recht hoch. Das große Bett im Zimmer ist tatsächlich zwei Meter breit und sehr bequem. Das Hotel liegt etwa 12 Gehminuten vom Shushan Scenic Area entfernt. Es gibt viele zuverlässige Bauernhäuser, in denen Sie speisen können.
Neben den wunderschön gestalteten Gärten und Zimmern beeindruckt vor allem der Service des Personals. Sie können den fröhlichen und enthusiastischen Service des Personals auf dem Parkplatz, in der Lobby, im Zimmer, am Seeufer, wo die Enten gefüttert werden, und im Restaurant spüren. Am 1. Mai kamen meine Partnerin und ich mit einer Wassermelone an der Lobby vorbei und fragten uns lächelnd, ob wir Löffel brauchten. Dann rannte sie den ganzen Weg zum westlichen Restaurant und gab uns ein paar Löffel. Für ein Hotel ist es in der Tat sehr befriedigend, solch einen proaktiven Service zu bieten.
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Qqueen_kooIf you’re looking for a perfect 4 star venue in the city centre then look no further! This place is a good bargain all round the year and even in peak seasons. I am going to split my review into sections so bare with me.
1) Rooms: The outdated the rooms need a serious paint jobs and the couch is quite “scratchy” material wise. Despite the interior eye sore, the flats are quite cosy with everything you need. Scenery wise , those who aren’t afraid of heights request the balcony rooms ! Maybe they don’t have the views of the shanghai centre shopping mall but the evening breeze did put me to sleep like a baby! Also the television was well packed with nostalgic movies , I really enjoyed the entertainment. Although the TV volume doesn’t go too loud , I guess it’s good respect to the neighbors some of who are long term tenants.
2) Service: Impeccable. The people here, although clearly overworked are so nice! The housekeepers are all so wonderful ! They were the ones who let me come back to a clean flat everyday , really it was a piece of home with a whole lot of help! For shampoos and conditioners and shower gel you would need to let the front desk know you need it, so please keep that in mind!
3) Breakfast: Just enough for survival , I’m quite particular about my tastes in food where the buffet options were too less and unfortunately not too tasty. But I was able to survive…I really hope they can fix this though cause the place although cheaper than others isn’t exactly cheap as well. If you want a good breakfast spread , you will be left heavily disappointed.
There’s a lot of cost cutting the hotel group has done and it’s obvious…I hope Ascott takes this into consideration cause it’s not good to have better hotels around the world but keep smaller cities forgotten and tightly budgeted!!
Suzhou is quite expensive than other cities due to the constant influx of tourists.
I don’t usually write much for my reviews but In this case I seem to care after seeing the overworked hotel staff and the poor conditions around them.
Come on Ascott do better. I initially was tempted to give a 3/5 review stars but it’s the people that pushed it up.

GGastnutzerReally beautiful place. It looks to be brand new - maybe it is, maybe it isn't, but it certainly looks new. The room (a suite) was very spacious, very clean. Just a very beautiful place that fit well with the surroundings. The whole building was impeccably clean.
I rated the service 5/5 because the owners were very nice, and largely left us alone. The family was processing tea and were quite busy - check-in was extremely quick, check-out too. I'm not looking for hospitality, so being left alone suited us fine - this isn't a criticism at all! The rooms don't really come with much extra (tea, coffee etc.), just a couple of bottles of water, so best to know that before you book if you usually expect this, but we didn't so we were fine with it.
You can buy really good tea from them (maybe we timed it well as we arrived at the peak tea-picking time). The owners were very kind and let us try some, and it's really good tea - we ended up buying some.
Food was pretty good, but again they were quite busy and have specific times that food is available, and no menu, so best to check ahead with them (again, really taking into account that they were super busy processing tea when we were there). Absolutely not a problem as there are so many great restaurants around too.
TV in the room had VOD but without VIP, so if you're looking to watch movies or anything best to bring your own (including HDMI cable as our TV didn't have one).
Location excellent. Space for maybe 4 cars to park, right next to a small hill, very close to the pick-up point for the sightseeing bus to take you up to Xishan, and surrounded by lots of restaurants, B+Bs etc. so if you like coffee, there's a shop just down the road. Very beautiful surroundings - you will be shocked that you're so close to Suzhou as there's absolutely no evidence that you're anywhere near a city!
All in all, really enjoyable. Amazing price for a suite (around Y500 per night) and one of the better homestay-style places we've stayed in. Highly recommended.
