This is simply a hotel to rest your head for the night. The service was terrible! My friend and I checked in on Saturday evening and gave all the information required including passport biopage, last entry into China, 24 hour nucleic acid test and a green health code. We went to a party that night, returned to the hotel and went to bed tired. On Sunday morning we were startled out of our sleep by a loudly ringing phone at 8:00 am! The receptionist then came to our rooms to ask us to see our passports again and tell us that we should go downstairs to do the 48 hour nucleic acid test at 10:30am although we had already done it the previous day 😟 (24 hours ago). So our sleep was cut short! An Ayi then came to clean the room. A few minutes later, the receptionist returned knocking on our door. She brought one of the used towels that the Ayi must have given her and told my friend not to wipe her face with the towel because it left a light brown mark on the towel (probably make-up). The receptionist entered our room, picked up the box of tissue on the desk and told my friend that she should wipe her face with that, not the towel.😵‍💫 We have never experienced this type of service before and were appalled! My goodness! Towels were made to be washed!😑 Besides that, the curtains in the room were really dusty and affected our noses.There corridors also smelled quite stale during the 2 days we spent there. I would not recommend staying here for several reasons, especially if you are a foreigner. 1- The receptionists don't understand how to read a foreigner's passport. 2- Poor service - They are not considerate of your time. They urgently wake you out of bed if they have any questions when they could just simply wait till a decent time like 10am to call you, knock on your door or tell you to come to the lobby. 3- Poor service - They apparently don't offer towels that you can wipe your face with.🙄

設施：好 衞生：好前台小姐姐小哥哥的服務很熱情，來這邊入住我感到很愉快，大廳裏伴隨着美妙的音樂和淡淡的幽香，使人心情愉悦，房間衞生打掃的挺乾淨的地漏下水什麼的也很快很好，我在這邊支持鼓勵一下這家維也納酒店不錯👍，還行吧。

很棒的硬件設施，是月子中心改裝的酒店。 入住的感覺像回家，房間裏有完整的生活家電，冰箱洗衣機飲水機爐灶都有！感覺很不錯～

前台服務人員一塌糊塗，幫朋友訂房。入住當天強調必須另外付款按金200元，掃碼付款。第二天九點退房，按金到中午也不退，後來又去酒店問，酒店説攜程網預訂不用按金。也就是説沒有收按金也沒有退按金之説。哈哈😂，後來拿出交按金憑證，前台才退回按金。難怪生意不好👎！

酒店在白金漢爵相城店的後面 離地鐵八號線非常近 換乘方便。 硬件比較簡陋:飲水機故障 冰箱不通電 洗衣機沒敢用不好評價 吹風機是摺疊飛利浦能用 開關面板歪歪扭扭 移位或在移位的路上抖抖霍霍 窗簾設計不合理無法完全閉合 總結下就是 硬件簡陋 不中看也不中用。 被褥潮濕 分量重 蓋身上特別難受。 前台小姐姐服務意識比較強 總算找到點不退房的勇氣。

還不錯，前台免費給我們升了房，而且算是難得一個隔音可以的酒店，設施也都不錯，下次來香城這邊還會來這住的

整體非常乾淨，房間很大很舒服，一房一廳，可以辦公還有廚房跟洗衣機。衛浴也都相當乾淨舒服，價格也很實惠。

非常不錯，酒店乾淨，交通便利吃飯也方便。前台也很細心專業。非常推薦

出來跟朋友過生日，房間很不錯，空調很暖和，房間也很大，冰箱電磁爐油煙機一應俱全，衞生很好，很乾凈。
