"Geschädigt durch die Zimmerreinigkeit. Kann lange Haare auf meinem Bettdeckel am ersten Tag spüren und noch nicht einmal am Tag, an dem ich verließ. Toilettenwände hatten einige Formwachsen (Ich gegossen und es kam aus). Zimmer ist geräumig und Klimaanlage ist stark. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Variante, aber was ärgerlich ist, ist, dass die verwendeten Napkins auf unseren Tischen als neue serviert werden. Wir gingen in einer besuchten Zeit, aber es ist nicht entschuldigend. Genügend Fitnesseinrichtungen für Basisfreigewichte und polizeiliches Personal. Kann besser auf Wartung tun."

"Wir kamen mit einem Baby, 2 Monate und 2 Jahre alt, um 13.30 Uhr an, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass wir bis 15.00 Uhr ein Zimmer bekamen, es hieß, es gäbe noch eine Warteliste, sagte Frau Tirta. "First time in Surabaya . Very very terrible experience at Swiss Belinn hotel .  First night due to my flight delay I check in around 10pm and I get a last room ( in front of the room is emergency exit ) very bad feeling when I step in the room, I feel “something” inside . Request to change but reception inform full house. Midnight my room keep got water sound , flush water sound !  Second morning I request to change room , 8pm finish work bck to hotel told me full ? I’m like ***? I requested to change in the early morning. One round of battle , I manage to change room , the boy told he help me take my luggage from old room, after 10 min , luggage that they sent to me is not belong to me!!!! Where is my baggage? After half an hour, my baggage is back to my room and they told me found it at the other room ??!! I got so many question mark in my mind . 11pm , a boy keep knock my dooor and call Ibu ibu……in the morning , housekeeping come in without knocking the door at 928am ! Thanks god  that moment I’m done changing !  Third night : this is the worst night for me. Been awake by toilet water sound again ! But this time is different , I feel something not right and I’m so scared. I try to ignore , but I feel “someone” sit on the other side of my bed and I feel my blanket is grasp firmly to the left side（I slept at right side ) ! The following is 447 am someone knock my door again !  I on my light and dare not to sleep anymore !  Fourth night : no story as I only back to hotel at 2am , I leave at 6am to airport  Hotel location is really good , breakfast nice too ."

"Ich habe dieses Hotel ausgewählt, da es größere Zimmergröße mit billigeren Zimmerpreisen als andere bietet. Rezeptionist sehr hilfreich vor allem während meiner c/in Zeit, als ich gebeten, höherer Stock, Freunde in der Nähe / neben meinem Zimmer & im gleichen Stock (progress als schnell betrachtet). Zimmer ziemlich groß, komfortabel & sauber. Gt verschiedene Auswahl an f & b im Restaurant während meiner Pause. Bellboys sehr hilfreich. Denken Sie daran, Ihren Willkommensgetränk ya....enjoy ~"

"This hotel is quite economic for Harris’ level. There are pool, gym, and kids playground. The room is not that spacious but very comfortable for two persons. I requested for an iron and they delivered it to my room very quickly. They could do better for the restaurant, elevator, and the toilet — no bidet shower hence a little bit struggling for kids (i had some guest with kids coming over)."

"Aston Inn Jemursari has a very small parking lot, making it difficult for guests who bring vehicles (even though valet parking is provided by the hotel). The breakfast menu can't expect much, because what you get is what you pay for. Modern rooms, but cleanliness can still be improved. The staff is quite friendly, but the receptionist doesn't work fast enough. Located on a small street, not on the main road."

"The hotel is great since it’s still new, so everything looks neat and clean. The room is spacious, and I especially loved the bed. The TV is already equipped with Google TV, and the cable channels are complete too. All the rooms are on the upper floors, so the view of Surabaya skyscrapers are really nice. I didn’t try the breakfast, and there wasn’t any room service menu in the room, so I can’t say anything about the food. The only downside is there’s no minimarket nearby. The Praxis building is pretty empty at the moment, just two restaurants and a coffee shop. Overall, this hotel is way better than the five-star Whiz Luxe Spazio Surabaya, and I really enjoyed my stay here, especially being one of the first guests."
