Stayed Sunday 9/2/25 Great location nice and quite compared to the City...Multistory carpark next door...Nice cosy bar/dining area Decent accomodation...Helpful staff Short walk to the Media City Metro line. A few local bars,restaurants and coffee houses nearby.

The room was as good as all premier Inns ,The hotel is quite close to Old Trafford, so location good, the parking was good, but the double charging me for the room at the check in machine annoyed me, although the check in staff assured me it would be sorted, I hope this turns out to be the case. The breakfast wasn't cooked properly, eggs not done nor the black pudding.

Usual Premier Inn Premier Plus room, so comfortable that last year we bought one of their quilts and pillows for our own home, no surprises there. Above and beyond bar and restaurant service from Mike and Maha, very helpful and efficient. The downside, the bar had virtually no draught beer, and very limited (read expensive) wine selection. Apparently, all on order but deliveries not forthcoming. This for a hotel chain owned by Whitbread ??? Come on guys, we have been here for 3 nights, and then 4 nights in the last two weeks. Simply not good enough.

Premier inn media city Salford stayed here for work with my work colleagues great location for where we was working staff where all very friendly and had a lovely stay breakfast in the morning was very good and much needed for a days work Lois and Chloe where very welcoming

Absolutely fantastic breakfast and fantastic service, set our weekend up with a brilliant Friday breakfast, ready to explore Manchester. Chloe and Lois went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect in the morning. Would definitely recommend and Will certainly be back again.

Me and my work friends visited the premier inn media city on friday 31st of feb we could not decide where to go but we thought we would give it a try and i have to say what a brilliant experience , chloe and lois could not have done anymore for us , definitely the right choice to go , we will be going back for sure

We recently stayed in the Salford Media City hotel for our last show of the tour of Nutcracker in Havana. Once we had wrapped, we wanted to have an "End of Tour party" but as it was around 10pm at night, most places were shut, including of the hotel facilities. Luckily, the lovely Front of House team, Mike, Lizzie, Shelter, Kat and Taffy were extremely accommodating and opened up the restaurant to provide the entire cast and staff with food and beverages to allow us to celebrate a successful tour, despite it being after their usual closing time. It was an absolutely, wonderful evening, with exceptional customer service!

Odd place. Reception and restaurant on ground floor, rooms are floors 7, 8, 9, 10. Room was good. I use a wheelchair, plenty space for my chair, comfortable bed. Accessible wetroom great. We were going to the Lowry for a show. Really convenient.

We had a very enjoyable stay and the great staff helped to make it even better. We only stayed for one night . My wife has a gluten intolerance and we often find it difficult to eat out. We had the evening meal and Lois was a great helping in finding something suitable for my wife to eat. When we checked in we got great service from Mike at the desk. Top marks to these two for their work !
