Simply the best Premier Inn I've ever stayed in, the team here are amazing. There is a real customer focused team here, they care and they are always happy to help. The staff go above & beyond, especially Bridget & Hadleigh - 2 very lovely staff members. Rooms are clean, comfortable especially with the amazing beds & pillows, and a good size for couples. Showers are hot & provide a good stream of water. The hotel is in a great location for the city centre and Stoke on Trent local attractions. City centre/Bus station is a 10 minute walk. Lots of eateries around, but the hotel restaurant serves good quality meals at decent prices. I've been staying on behalf of work for 6 weeks, and I can't recommend this place enough. If you want somewhere nice, friendly & clean to stay. Stay at this Premier Inn in Hanley

A fabulous hotel, the staff, Bridget Rosie and Bridie are amazing very welcoming and helpful they will do there very very best to accommodate your stay and making you feel at home. Here with work and will definitely be back in the future too. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows too. The pub/restaurant attached is great for all meals and drinks the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting stokes attractions or just passing by for food or drink too.

I was very impressed! The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I checked in the first night, Bridget was absolutely fantastic and helpful and knowledgeable and compassionate, and the rest of the staff work very quickly! They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and knowledgeable about the area, clean room rooms comfortable bed, excellent breakfast with restaurant next door with a doorway to the lobby, very affordable and close a half hour from Alton Towers! I highly recommend booking your stay here close to bus and nearby towns/little cities and shopping

I was very disappointed with the room for a premium plus room. I expected it to be a lot better than what we walked into. Blood-stained carpets, fluid splattered all over the ceiling and walls, dents and chips all over the walls, and a big hole covered over by a lamp on the desk.

To be fair, we only booked this hotel because our first choice of Premier Inn was full, but to be honest we were still disappointed. The location isn’t pleasant - right on busy roads in a retail/ industrial park and feels pretty grim. The hotel itself didn’t feel particularly clean, and many of the basics that you expect from a Premier Inn were missing - even the famous pillows. The hotel was very busy and it showed - the restaurant wasn’t particularly clean and felt chaotic. Breakfast in particular felt grubby, with tables piled up with dirty dishes. I’ve regularly stayed in Premier Inns before, as you generally know what you are going to get - this one did not live up to the normal standard.

Hotel was good on the whole. I was welcomed by 2 very lovely members of staff who were so eager to assist in every way possible.

I will always give this hotel a 5* review as it’s the staff that make it a memorable stay Receptionist are always friendly The cleaners and staff in the restaurant are very welcoming The room is always to a good clean standard The breakfast is tasty I will always use this hotel when I’m visiting my friends Keep up the good work 👏

We stayed with our 2 year old son for 1 night so we could visit nearly Monkey Forest and Peak Wildlife Park. The first room smelt strongly of mould and damp and upon complaining we were moved to another room. The second room didn’t smell as bad but was filthy. It had been cleaned as the beds were made and it was tidy. The carpet was filthy as though something was living in it. I slept in my socks as I didn’t want to walk bare foot to the bathroom in the night. There were horrible head mark stains on the headboard and surfaces were dirty. We found the next morning that the windows had mould growth and appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. My son is now poorly and I suspect the cleanliness of the hotel contributed to this. Whilst I don’t expect 5 star luxury (or 4 star) with Premier Inn, I expect it to be clean. I won’t be staying again and will stick to Travelodge next time.

Could not fault the hotel, plenty of space to park my car and a quick check in. The room was spotless and the bed cery comfy.

The room was freezing cold. The bed was not comfy and if you are wanting to use a hair dryer I would recommend bringing your own unless you have 40 mins spare to dry your hair using theirs. We got locked out of our room twice because the keycard stopped working and the second time, it took them way over an hour to reset it due to a technical fault on their systems meaning we couldn’t access any of our stuff for the long period of time. All in all, not a great experience sadly.

Good hotel well located just off the M6. Easy check in, big family room this time. Last time standard sized one. Clean but weird older hotels have usb ports but this one doesn’t. Minor thing but tip to bring your own plugs plus a cable that can reach over a double bed. Normal pub on site for food and drink and the breakfast. TGI just over the road as well and a Tesco just behind so well located.

I'd like to thank Aimee for welcoming us to the hotel. Such a lovely and friendly young lady and always smiling and ready to help. Lovely breakfast and room. Everything you'd expect from a premier inn. The hotel was a good location for nearby activities and only 35mins from Alton towers. Thanks again.
