Room was lovely, huge bed on the cheapest room, sparkling bathroom. Fantastic spa experience across the steam room, sauna and cold plunge, with a lovely hot tub and high quality provided towels, robes and changing rooms. Topped off with a fantastic meal in the evening, very impressed with the quality of food and service from Chelsey, Elisha and Mac. Very attentive with lovely drinks and environment.

Excellent stay! From the welcome to the checking out, the staff were friendly and helpful. The house is amazing - love that the history of the house is in a leaflet in the room. Our room was clean, spacious, had everything in working order and was comfortable. There were spare pillows in the wardrobe (which my husband and I needed as we are side sleepers and love a pile of pillows), the duvet and sheets were soft and comfortable. We had a tv in our room, tea/coffee facilities and a glass bottle of water. We chose to have dinner there instead of venturing out, and we are glad we did. The food was delicious. fresh and piping hot on arrival. The wine recommendation from the staff was spot on! The bar afterwards was lovely to sit in and wind down before bed. Breakfast the next morning (included in the booking) was again delicious and well cooked. There was also tea and coffee, fresh juice, pastries and toast for guests to serve themselves as much as they wanted. Before leaving we had a walk around the garden and the views are spectacular. The garden itself is well looked after and beautiful as well. My husband and I cannot fault a thing about our stay, which we chose for our 4th wedding anniversary and we will definitely be back.

Nisha war brillant und machte unser Aufenthalt extra besondere. Brillante Hotel. Frühstück war lecker und das Personal war immer glücklich zu besuchen.

Wir blieben hier zwei Nächte während der Familienbesuch für eine Hochzeit. Das Studio selbst war voll ausgestattet mit nur über alles, was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten und es war unspottlich sauber... Ich meine unspottlich!!! Ein paar Dinge, die von der Vergabe eines vollen 5-Sterne-Sternen abgeschreckt wurden. 1: Die Eincheckung erfolgte fern und war ein wenig abgekoppelt. Die Foto-ID, die nach der Buchung wieder gesendet wurde, wurde wieder angefordert, so musste noch einmal e-mailt werden, bevor Passcodes wir’re freigegeben werden. Keine auf das Telefon abholt, so dass die gesamte Kontrolle in musste mit SMS - obwohl die Antwort ziemlich schnell war. 2: Es war keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung an der Ankunft und wir waren fast 6 Stunden fahren, so dass wir müde, ein wenig starb und hungrig diese Nachricht war ein wenig von einem Schlag, vor allem, da die Liste-Staaten gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze. Wir schickten eine Nachricht an die Check-in-Team, die im Grunde sagte, wenn es keine Parkplätze gibt es keine Parkplätze. Wir konnten einen Platz ein wenig später erwerben, wenn jemand ihr Auto bewegte. 3: Hanley (das Gebiet der SOT, wo die Wohnungen liegen) fühlt sich ein wenig runter, obwohl es ein Einkaufszentrum, Kino, Markt und Restaurants /shops zu besuchen und alle, die wir in den wenigen Tagen getroffen haben, waren alle sehr freundlich und wünschenswert Hilfe 4: Die komplimentäre Tee/Kaffee etc. wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht ausgefüllt (ja, wir wissen, es ist komplimentar, aber in den meisten Orten, wo wir geblieben sind, werden sie immer noch täglich ausfüllt). Noch einen Besuch wert und würde sicherlich wieder mit dem Wissen, was zu erwarten ist.

Ich besuchte die Universität im Geschäftsbereich. Von der Minute, als ich in Ihnen ging, konnte ich die Kundenservicekultur sehr gut und sehr natürlich fühlen. Jedes Teammitglied von der Rezeption bis zum Team, das wir nach der Bar und Restaurant suchen. Ich sitzen hier, um das nach meinem Frühstück zu schreiben. Noch einmal eine wirklich freundliche und echte Umgebung. Ich fühlte mich gezwungen, diese Bewertung zu schreiben. Ich habe seit vielen Jahren eine Kundendienst-gesteuerte Umgebung verwaltet und ich weiß, was hinter den Szenen geht, um zu halten, was Sie hart zu erreichen haben. Gut gemacht für alle. Ich bin froh, dass ich Bonvoi beigetragen habe. Ich werde 100% zurück sein. Haben Sie einen guten Tag.

Great receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly. Good location for access to the A500 and A34 roads as well as a bus stop only a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very dated and lack on soundproofing between the rooms is a major issue. I could hear the guy in the room below talking and could also hear the room next door opening and closing their toilet seat! I was awoken at 1am with an inconsiderate neighbour with their tv on very loud and coughing loudly. There is a main wing and smaller wing to the side. I stayed on the 1st floor in the main wing but I would recommend you ask for the 1st floor in the small wing to minimise the number of people around you and source of external noise. View from the room was nice however.

The hotel surpassed my expectations. It was clean, well- supplied, good presentation, etc. The first person I met was Olga at the front desk. She was everything you might expect & more. She presents herself with a smile & makes the guest feel welcome. I went downstairs several times to ask her questions and she was always helpful. I'm from Orlando, Florida. I grew up in the largest vacation/customer service culture in the world so I understand quality & professionalism. This young lady has it all. Promote her or at least don't let her get away!
