Room was lovely, huge bed on the cheapest room, sparkling bathroom. Fantastic spa experience across the steam room, sauna and cold plunge, with a lovely hot tub and high quality provided towels, robes and changing rooms. Topped off with a fantastic meal in the evening, very impressed with the quality of food and service from Chelsey, Elisha and Mac. Very attentive with lovely drinks and environment.

Zunächst einmal, nichts mit dem Personal zu tun, alles schön und sehr bequem. Es ist kurz besetzt und das ist, wo die meisten der Probleme liegen. Wir haben hier 2 Nächte in dieser Woche als Familie von 4, 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder unter 3. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, aber als wir da waren, hatte das Bett ausgezogen überhaupt keine Betten, wir checkten in ca 9.30pm, so dass es nicht ideal war, wenn wir die Mädchen in ihre Betten zu bringen. Gehen Sie zur Telefonrezeption... das Telefon wurde gebrochen. Ich konnte die Rezeption Nummer online finden, so ich rief Rezeption, und Laura kam von dort ins Zimmer mit Bettwäsche und zusätzliche Handtücher und sogar bot, das Bett für mich zu machen, ich sagte, sie musste nicht, aber sie half mir trotzdem, und sie war erstaunlich Mit unseren 2 Kindern. Ehrlich gesagt, eine der besten Kundenserviceerfahrungen, die ich in einer Zeit hatte. Am nächsten Morgen gingen wir zum Frühstück... das war ein Schambel. Zunächst war es ein Kampf um einen Tisch zu bekommen, wir wurden in ein seltsames kleines Konferenzzimmer mit schmutzigen Tischen gefesselt, wir saßen am einzigen sauberen. Gehen, um einen hohen Stuhl für unser Baby zu bekommen... keine hohen Stuhl. Geh zu essen, fast alles war aus, keine Saft oder Glas, Tee- und Kaffee-Musik. Erreichte eine kleine Platte von Lebensmitteln, keine Schokolade, um es zu essen. Ehrlich schockierend. Die Nacht war Laura wieder auf der Rezeption und sie kam und machte einen Schlag über unsere Kinder, als sie uns sah, unser Baby absolut liebte sie, sie ist wirklich ein Kredit für das Hotel. Ich habe mit ihr und einem anderen Mädchen mit Glass gefragt, deren Name ich mich nicht erinnern kann, aber sie war auch erstaunlich mit dem Baby, es macht so einen Unterschied, wenn ich irgendwo hingehe und das Personal ist nett zu meinen Kindern, es macht mich immer wieder zurückzukehren. Der zweite Morgen zum Frühstück haben wir einen Hochstuhl und wieder werden wir in das seltsame kleine Zimmer gesetzt, wieder alle Tische schmutzig und voll von Platten, eine nette Mädchen namens Anna hat es für uns reingelegt und entschuldigt über die Warte auf einen Tisch. Keine Muffins mehr, Anna hat mir einen, konnte mit unserem Frühstück eine kleine Menge Saft bekommen, bis es wieder auslief. Überall, es ist eine Personalfrage, das Personal gibt es alles erstaunlich und tat, was sie konnten, wenn sie es tun konnten, aber es muss mehr Personal sein, es ist das Schulurlaub und es schien das Essenszimmer laufend auf 2/3 Mitarbeiter.

Nisha war brillant und machte unser Aufenthalt extra besondere. Brillante Hotel. Frühstück war lecker und das Personal war immer glücklich zu besuchen.

The price increase in a days spa has prevented me from being able to go to the spa as often as I used to, however, we managed to get an autumn glow package, which included a 7 hour visit, lunch, free drink on arrival and one hour treatment. The same package last year also included the salt room, but this was not in the package this year. I’ll start with the pros, there are many. The staff were fabulous, really helpful, welcoming and friendly. As a vegan, I was more than happy with my vegan mezze platter and the new outdoor/indoor restaurant area is really lovely. The treatment was excellent, we had a facial and back and feet massage. Again the staff were lovely and we had camomile tea in the relax room afterwards. The swim up pool is great however, I found the water a bit too hot. Cons: The day we visited the spa was quite busy and we didn’t get around all of the outdoor rooms/areas but here is my experience of the ones we did visit. The steam room, both my friend and I and two other people noticed that the seats were slimy in places. I don’t know what causes this it might be quite natural but it wasn’t pleasant, it was mostly at the edges. From here we went to the cold bath. I love the cold bath experience and the exhilaration you feel when you get out, however, the bath had black lumps and white gooey pieces floating in it. Again not pleasant and I don’t know what it was but it certainly wasn’t nice. The paving around the swim up pool, was green in places and needed a good cleaning. We noticed stains on the day beds, the edges and the cushions. The floating beds in the indoor pool had black mould on them and one in particular smelled of mould. The cons didn’t ruin our day, but, we noticed them and other people will too. They need attention because the price for a day spa is high and I do expect everything to be perfect as it has been in the past.
