5-Sterne-Hotels in Hue

The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

Ich habe drei verschiedene Zimmertypen gebucht, um meine große Gruppe unterzubringen. Unabhängig von der Kategorie benötigen Sie einen Kinderwagen und die Zimmer liegen recht nah beieinander. Die Zimmer werden ihren Sternen gerecht und das Personal hat es fast perfekt gemacht, wenn da nicht der anhaltende Regen während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts gewesen wäre. Tolles Frühstücksangebot, aber die Gerichte bleiben weitgehend gleich.

Ein absolut traumhaftes Hotel, das unsere Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel voll und ganz erfüllt! Es ist künstlerisch, ästhetisch, neu und blitzsauber. Ich habe unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen! Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, und wir bekamen kostenlos Mochi, das köstlich war. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hoteleinrichtungen bieten alles, was man braucht: Spa und Sauna, Fitnessraum, Swimmingpool, Restaurant, Bar usw. Es ist eine perfekte Mischung aus vietnamesischem und französischem Stil. Ich kann das Silk Path Grand Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen luxuriösen und erholsamen Aufenthalt sucht.

I love this resort so much! Can’t wait to recommend everyone, especially those who love the zen vibe. It’s the best resort in my life. The atmosphere, the decoration, the service here and all the details are sooooo good! Although there’re lots of flowers and trees, but I couldn’t find any insect or mosquitoes! I also attended their free yoga and meditation classes. The vibes here just made us relaxing. We were ungraded to a villa and we totally enjoyed our stay here! I’ll definitely miss this place and the staff here! I recommend everyone to book the villa. The villa made my Vietnamese trip totally worth it! I also had a spa treatment, jacuzzi and sauna. Although i think the spa is a bit pricey, but thinking that i can relax with this beautiful place. Why not experience it once in a lifetime!

Das Frühstücksangebot war für mich nicht so toll, da ich spezielle Ernährungsbedürfnisse habe, aber insgesamt gab es genug Abwechslung für den Durchschnittsreisenden. Der Joghurt war allerdings der absolut beste, den ich je gegessen habe. Perfekt cremig, nicht säuerlich, und es gab auch eine ungesüßte Variante. Das Zimmer war ordentlich, sauber, die Zimmermädchen waren effizient – ​​einmal klingelte es, als wir gerade auf dem Weg nach draußen waren, also sagten wir, sie könnten das Zimmer trotzdem vorbereiten. Im Handumdrehen rein und raus! Der Concierge-Service war tadellos. Wir wurden wie Könige behandelt. Es war nicht nur die übliche Höflichkeit, sondern eine so herzliche Freundlichkeit, dass ich mich wirklich besonders fühlte. Wir werden definitiv wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir jemals wieder nach Hue kommen.

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt dort und hoffentlich nicht mein letzter. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem entspannenden Spa-Hotel umgeben von schöner Natur und Ruhe, dann ist Alba Ihrer Platz. Moderne Architektur, viele grüne, große Pool, viele entspannende Aktivitäten wie Yoga und Meditation, die Onsen, die Massage usw. Personal ist sehr nett, professionell und hilfreich. Ich wollte nicht gehen, aber unendlich kann ich nicht für immer Urlaub machen

Die Villa, in der wir geblieben waren, war absolut wunderbar. Wir genossen unsere Zeit so sehr in der schönen und geräumigen Villa. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und gab uns warme Willkommen. Wir würden es anderen Reisenden sehr empfehlen, und wir hoffen, einen Tag wieder zu kommen!

We love this place. We had a beautiful spacious wooden cabin with a balcony overlooking the Pearl River. Phi, the manager looked after us splendidly and could not have done more. We locked ourselves out, he came up in his buggy, we forgot something, he came up in his buggy; he had a cooked sliced steak take-away breakfast with dragon fruit ready at 6.45am and a taxi. Thank you Phi and team! We come back one April to see the tombs and pagodas we missed.
